(2023-12-12) Patch Notes V8.0.0

We’ve been working on this update for a while, and it’s a big one: we’ve got a brand-new game mode; an entirely new way to get Mythical Champions; a way to craft Mythical Artifacts, and some smaller fixes and updates! Let’s dive into the star of this update: Cursed City!

6 New Champions

  1. Blizaar the Howler (OT-LDS)
  2. Bovos Sharphorn (SW-ESS)
  3. Firrol the Barkhorn (SY-LDS)
  4. Karilon the Ringer (KR-LSV)
  5. Gwyndolin the Silent (SW-LAF)
  6. Karnage the Anarch (DS-MAS)

Cursed City

  1. The Cursed City is a monthly challenge where you traverse a city filled with dangerous enemies that must be fought under special, rotating conditions.
  2. There are 100 increasingly difficult Stages across 4 Districts, culminating in the Eclipse Tower where Amius the Lunar Archon awaits.
  3. You can choose which path you take through the Cursed City. After each reset, the Cursed City changes and a new rotation opens, with new conditions for each Stage.
  4. Each rotation of the Cursed City is available for a 30-day period. You’ll have 30 days to clear all 100 Stages and defeat Amius the Lunar Archon. After the 30-day period has ended, the Cursed City resets and you can start the journey again for another pile of rewards.
  5. The Cursed City has two difficulties: Normal and Hard. Both are available at the same time, and you can choose which difficulty you want to start the journey on. You can even switch things up and jump back and forth between the two.
  6. To take on Stages in the Cursed City, you’ll need Cursed City Keys. These work similar to Doom Tower Keys, in that you’ll only use a Cursed City Key if you complete the Stage you’re attempting. Losing a Stage will not lose you a Cursed City Key. Cursed City Keys will refresh every day at 00:00 UTC.
  7. Each cycle, you can also complete special Quests and get additional rewards from them, including a Mythical Demonspawn Champion – Karnage the Anarch!
  8. The Cursed City is divided into four Districts: Cobblemarket, Deadrise, Plagueholme and Soulcross. Each district has 25 Stages, with 6 of them being Boss or Double Boss Stages.
  9. The Boss of the Cursed City is Amius the Lunar Archon, who lives at the top of the Eclipse Tower in the center of the Cursed City.
  10. In order to fight Amius, you must collect 3 Eclipse Keys, which can be obtained by defeating Double Bosses in Cobblemarket, Deadrise, and Plagueholme. Double Boss Stages require you to fight two Bosses at the same time.
  11. Awakened Stages are special challenges that require you to use Awakened Champions.
  12. That’s just an overview of the City, for more details go to the new game mode and read the guide.

New Debuffs

  1. Karnage the Anarch has a brand-new debuff in his arsenal: [Seal]. The [Seal] debuff blocks effects from Gear Sets and Masteries, except Stat boosts granted by Artifacts and Accessories, as well as Masteries that only boost Stats like Blade Disciple, Flawless Execution, and so on.
  2. [Master Seal] is an enhanced version of this debuff, which additionally blocks the effects from Blessings (except for Stat boosts).
  3. The [Seal] and [Master Seal] debuffs don’t block effects that were activated before these debuffs were placed.

New Artifact Sets

  1. Defeating Boss Stages in the Cursed City will earn you a selection of rewards, including Artifacts and Accessories from the Supersonic and Merciless Sets.
  2. These are Variable Gear Sets, which means you get extra bonuses depending on how many pieces a Champion is wearing.
  3. They are also available in Mythical Rarity, which is stronger than Legendary.

Mythical Charms

  1. We are adding special Mythical Charms that give you a chance to craft Mythical Artifacts in the Forge.
  2. It’s not possible to craft Mythical Artifacts without these Mythical Charms.
  3. The Mythical Charms can be used when crafting any Set available in the Forge, but can only be used to craft Rank 5-6 Artifacts.
  4. You can combine Mythical and Rarity Charms together for a higher chance of crafting Mythical Artifacts.

Mythical Chaos Ores

We’re also adding 5* and 6* Mythical Chaos Ore. Same as Epic and Legendary Chaos Ore, these will randomly change the stats of Rank 5 and 6 Artifacts or Accessories of Mythical Rarity or lower.

Remnant Summon

We’ve added a new resource to the game – Cursed Remnants, which you can get only in the Cursed City on Hard Difficulty. You can use them at the Remnant Summon tab in the Portal to summon Epic and Mythical Champions, including Void Affinity Epic Champions. For more information, go to the tab and tap on the info button.

(2023-11-16) Patch Notes V7.70.5

Live Arena and Hydra Clash Chests rebalance

With Update 7.70.5, we are adding the opportunity to earn Primal Quartz from Live Arena Chests, along with Mythical Skill Tomes and additional Primal Quartz from Hydra Clash Chests. See the full breakdown below.

Primal Quartz in Live Arena Chests

  1. You can now get Primal Quartz from Live Arena Chests. The amount of Primal Quartz you can earn from Live Arena Chests per month is limited and depends on your Tier: 150 Primal Quartz per month for Bronze Tier, 300 Primal Quartz per month for Silver Tier, and 400 Primal Quartz per month for Gold Tier. Each player’s Primal Quartz counter is reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month.
  2. Once the monthly Primal Quartz limit has been reached, you cannot earn any more Primal Quartz from Live Arena Chests until the limit resets. For example, if you are in Silver Tier and have already earned 270 Primal Quartz from Live Arena Chests that month, the next Live Arena Chest you earn that month will only contain a maximum of 30 Primal Quartz.
  3. If a player moves between Tiers, the monthly limit will be adjusted accordingly. For example, if you started a month in Silver IV and earned 300 Primal Quartz before moving up to Gold I, your limit will be changed to 400 and you can continue earning Primal Quartz. If you move down from Gold to Silver, your monthly limit will be decreased, but you will keep all the Primal Quartz you have earned so far that month.
  4. The Primal Quartz monthly limit counter is displayed in the info pop-up which appears when you tap a Chest from your Tier.

Hydra Clash Chests rebalance

Hydra Clash Chests will now contain more Primal Quartz, and players can also earn Mythical Skill Tomes from them.

Fixes

  1. The following visual bugs are to be fixed in one of the upcoming updates:
  2. “Get Skin” tab doesn’t display properly in Champion Collection -> Skins;

(2023-10-12) Patch Notes V7.60.0

We’re focusing on Clans with version 7.60.0, and we hope you’re excited! We’re adding the ability to create your own Clan Insignia, special Clan Leagues where you can earn decorative Clan Stars, as well as various improvements to CvC Matchmaking and Clan Quests. Combined with other updates, fixes, and a new crop of Champion Lore, there’s plenty to enjoy with this update. Let’s dive into everything coming to Raid with version 7.60.0:

9 New Champions

  1. Branchweaver (SY-USS)
  2. Neldor Rimeblade (HE-EAF)
  3. Glenspear (SY-UAM)
  4. Belletar Mage-Slayer (OT-LHV)
  5. Krok’Mar the Devourer (LZ-LHS)
  6. Timit the Fool (BL-LHF)
  7. Ostrox Boneglaive (UH-ESV)
  8. Kaja the Wry (BL-LSS)
  9. Night Queen Krixia (KR-MSS)

Clan Insignia

  1. The Clan Insignia feature allows Clans to create their own custom coat of arms, using a dedicated creation tool. This tool is available for all Clan members, but only Clan Leaders will be able to make and then save any changes to their Clan’s Insignia.
  2. Players can select the shape, pattern, and symbols present on each Clan Insignia. Every Clan Insignia requires players to select a shape and pattern, while symbols are completely optional elements.
  3. Your Clan Insignia will be visible on the Doom Tower, Tournament, and Hydra Clash leaderboards, and right next to a player’s name in both Live and Classic Arena.

Clan League

  1. Clan Leagues show your Clan’s progress in completing special CvC Tournament and Hydra Clash tasks, listed in the Clan League tab of the Clan window. Completing these special tasks will earn your Clan Points. If your Clan gets enough Points, they will earn a Clan Star from the particular League they are in currently. As your Clan reaches the higher Leagues, the more Points it will have to get to earn a Clan Star.
  2. There are 3 Leagues – Bronze, Silver, and Gold – with 5 Clan Stars to earn in each League. Any Clan Stars that the Clan earns will be displayed above their Clan Insignia.
  3. The list of tasks is the same for all Clans. The number of Points these tasks earn can differ based on which CvC Tier the Clan is in, and which place it reaches in the Hydra Clash.

CvC: Matchmaking

In a change to how CvC Matchmaking used to find your opponent, Tiers and Clan vs Clan matchups will now be determined by the total number of Points each Clan member earned in the previous Clan vs Clan Tournament.

Required Minimum CvC Points

  1. Clan Leaders can now set the minimum required number of CvC Points a Clan member must earn during a Clan vs Clan Tournament, in order to be eligible for Clan Rewards from reaching Milestones, along with Versus Rewards.
  2. The required minimum number of CvC Points cannot be changed while a CvC Tournament is live, so we recommend Clan Leaders set this CvC Points threshold ahead of a CvC Tournament.

Clan Quest changes

Completing Clan Quests related to Gear Dungeons will now also count if you complete them on Hard Mode. For example, if you beat the Dragon on Stage 10 on Hard, it will be counted towards the quest ‘Clear the Dragon’s Lair 200 times (Stage 20+)’, since Stage 10 on Hard is higher than Stage 20 on Normal.

Lady Mikage Fusion

  1. A brand-new Mythical Champion – Lady Mikage – is now available to Fuse at the Portal. This deadly Shadowkin Champion is a master tactician and was the fearsome figurehead of the Mikage Autocracy, weaving webs from the darkness to ensnare her enemies.
  2. To get Lady Mikage, you will need Keeyra the Watcher, Tatsu, Locwain, and Weregren Suncursed.
  3. Keeyra the Watcher can be fused from one Delaaja, one Ilysinya, one Eolfrig, and one Aeshma.
  4. Tatsu can be fused from one Fyr-gun Isbeil, one Endalia, one Enda Moonbeam, and one Lady Quilen.
  5. Locwain can be fused from one Riscarm, one Trugorr, one Castigator, and one Lumberer.
  6. Weregren Suncursed can be fused from one Amarantine Skeleton, one Centurion, one Confessor, and one Vanguard.
  7. This Fusion is not limited in time, but Lady Mikage and all of the Champions mentioned above can only be fused once.

(2023-08-03) Patch Notes V7.40.0

We are adding a new competition for Clans, new Clan vs Clan Tournament Objectives, and a Quick Battle option to minimize time spent fighting the Demon Lord. Also, we are rebalancing Protection and Stone Skin Sets, and implementing other updates and fixes. Let’s dive into everything coming to Raid with version 7.40.0:

9 New Champions

  1. Aeila Lifebraid (SY-ESV)
  2. Emic Trunkheart (SY-LHV)
  3. Frenzi the Cackler (SW-EDV)
  4. Fyr-gun Isbeil (DW-EAF)
  5. Jagg Bonesaw (OR-LAS)
  6. Sulfuryion (LZ-LSV)
  7. Shu-Zhen the Valorous (SK-LSV)
  8. Strategos Islin (HE-LDM)
  9. Sun Wukong (SW-LAS)

Hydra Clash

  1. The Hydra Clash is a competition where 5 Clans fight to deal the most damage to the Hydra. If a player’s Clan finishes in the top 3, and the player earns at least 35M Clash Points, they will get powerful rewards. Players earn Clash Points by damaging the Hydra. The Hydra Clash is held every week, and is connected to the Hydra’s weekly cycles.
  2. The number of Clash Points earned depends on the amount of damage dealt to the Hydra, and the difficulty of the Hydra battle. The first Key spent on each difficulty during the Hydra Clash will have a Clash Points Multiplier applied (x1 on Normal, x2 on Hard, x3 on Brutal, and x4 on Nightmare). For every subsequent Key spent on that difficulty, the standard 1x multiplier will be applied.
  3. Please note that the amount of damage you dealt and the Clash Points you earned, displayed in the Hydra Clash interface, are rounded up. Rewards are given based on the full total number of Clash Points. The full number for the damage you dealt and the Clash Points you earned in a battle can be seen in a special tooltip in the Battle Results window.
  4. To participate in the Hydra Clash, a Clan must have at least 10 players who are Level 45 or above, and must have earned at least 50 Clan Activity Stars during the 7 days before the start of the upcoming Hydra Clash (before 10:00 UTC of the day when the Hydra Clash starts).
  5. A player who wants to take part in the Hydra Clash must be in a Clan that has met these requirements, and have also reached Level 45. If a player and their Clan have met these conditions, they will be able to take part in the next Hydra Clash.
  6. Players who are part of a Clan but have not met all of the above requirements will be ineligible for the Hydra Clash, as shown by the word “Ineligible” next to their name. Players who meet the participation requirements after a Hydra Clash has started will remain ineligible to earn Clash Points for the current Hydra Clash. They will be able to take part in the next Hydra Clash.
  7. Each Hydra Clash lasts 7 days, starting at 14:00 UTC on Wednesday and ending at 08:00 UTC the following Wednesday. Damage dealt to the Hydra between 08:00 UTC to 14:00 UTC is not counted towards the Hydra Clash.
  8. Important note: the first Hydra Clash launch will be carried out in test mode. This means that only the top 3000 Clans in the game (based on their rating) that meet the requirements will be able to participate. Afterwards, we’ll introduce the Hydra Clash to all other Clans in Raid.
  9. You can find out more information about the Hydra Clash by checking out the in-game Hydra Guide.

Quick Battle feature

  • We are adding a highly-requested Quick Battle feature to the Demon Lord Clan Boss. This will be an option for players who want to fight the Demon Lord, but do not want to watch the whole battle play out in real-time. Quick Battle will be available for every Demon Lord difficulty, but must be unlocked by dealing a set amount of damage using a single Demon Lord Key.
  • The amount of damage needed to unlock Quick Battle corresponds to the amount of damage needed to receive the highest value Demon Lord Chest on that particular difficulty.
  • It is possible to unlock Quick Battle for several Demon Lord difficulties at once. For example, if a player achieves the Quick Battle unlock conditions on Brutal, it will also unlock Quick Battle on all Demon Lord difficulties below Brutal (Hard, Normal, and Easy respectively).
  • Team presets and general Demon Lord battle mechanics remain the same as if the player was running the battle normally in Auto mode. Once a player has initiated a Quick Battle, they cannot interfere with the battle until it finishes.

    (2023-07-06) Patch Notes V7.30.0

New Boss, Accessory Ascension, new Faction Crypt, and more! We are adding a brand new Dungeon, Accessory Ascension, and the Sylvan Watcher Faction Crypt, as well as rebalancing the Polymorph Blessing and the [Stone Skin] buff, alongside other updates and fixes. Let’s dive into everything coming to Raid with version 7.30.0:

    8 New Heroes

    1. Gnut (DW-LDS)
    2. Ambassador Lethelin (HE-ESF)
    3. Weregren Suncursed (SW-EAV)
    4. Treeshield Knott (SY-RSV)
    5. Loneblade Riab (SY-RAF)
    6. Ethlen the Golden (HE-EAV)
    7. Lady of Ireth (SY-LSS)
    8. Valkanen (UH-LAV)

Accessory Ascension & the Phantom Shogun’s Grove

    1. Accessory Ascension unlocks at Level 38 and works exactly like Artifact Ascension. When an Accessory is Ascended for the first time, it gets an Ascension Bonus – an extra stat that can be upgraded further with every Level of Ascension. The Ascension Bonus cannot be removed or changed, and will remain the same even after an Accessory is reworked.
    2. To Ascend an Accessory, it must be at least Rank 4 and upgraded to Level 12.
    3. To Ascend Accessories, you will need a new resource: Extract. The primary way of earning Extract is by raiding the new Dungeon – the Phantom Shogun’s Grove.
    4. The Phantom Shogun’s Grove is where you’ll fight a tough new boss, Akumori the Phantom Shogun. His skills are centered on incapacitating your team through the use of the powerful [Enfeeble] debuff, which makes his enemies only land Weak Hits, unless otherwise specified by their individual skills.
    5. In this Dungeon, you can also earn Silver, Ancient Shards, and XP.
    6. You can find out more information about Accessory Ascension and Akumori the Phantom Shogun by checking out the in-game Guides. Once inside the Accessory Ascension menu, just hit the “i” icon. For a full breakdown of Akumori’s skills, hit the “Boss Guide” button in the Team Selection menu inside the Phantom Shogun’s Grove.
    7. We have also updated the Advanced Quest for Ascending Artifacts. Ascending Accessories will now also count.

    Sylvan Watcher Crypt

    1. We are adding a new Crypt to Faction Wars for the Sylvan Watchers. The new Crypt will appear after the current Faction Wars cycle ends.
    2. The reward for earning 882 Stars – Lydia the Deathsiren – has been moved to the 945th Star. If you have already unlocked Lydia but haven’t claimed her yet, she will be automatically added to your Champion Collection. If the Collection is full, she will be moved to the Inbox.
    3. A special Clan Quest for clearing Stage 20+ of the Sylvan Watchers Crypt 3 times will be added in the future. As for the CvC Tournament Objectives, beating the new Crypt will count towards them starting from the next CvC Tournament.

    Champion Filter

We have added a Champion Filter to the Collection and Team Selection interface. It will allow you to easily find the Champions you want by indicating specific parameters, such as the name (or a part of it), Faction, Rank, Rarity, buffs and debuffs, and many more.

    Polymorph Blessing rebalance

Now the [Sheep] debuffs placed by the Polymorph Blessing can be resisted, except the ones placed by the Level 6 Polymorph Blessing. In addition, Yumeko’s Destiny’s Mirror skill now has a chance of transferring [Sheep] debuffs to a random enemy under a [Hex] debuff placed by Yumeko. Also, the Deflection Artifact Set can now reflect [Sheep] debuffs.

    Stone Skin buff rebalance

The [Stone Skin] buff no longer removes [HP Burn] debuffs from the recipient. It doesn’t make the recipient immune to [HP Burn] debuffs or decrease damage from them either. Instead, [HP Burn] debuffs now deal quintuple damage while the [Stone Skin] buff is active. Also, if a Champion is under a [Stone Skin] buff, [HP Burn] debuffs damage them for 15% of their MAX HP, and damage their allies for 3% of their MAX HP. If there are 2 or more Champions under a [Stone Skin] buff, [HP Burn] debuffs deal damage for 15% of the MAX HP to all Champions under a [Stone Skin] buff, and 3% of the MAX HP to any allies not under a [Stone Skin] buff.

    Sand Devil’s Necropolis reward rebalance

Clearing Stages 11-25 of the Sand Devil’s Necropolis now has a chance to reward you with more Lesser Oils.

    Blessings change count reset

We have reset the Blessings change count on all Champions for all players. The next Blessings change will be free for all your Champions – as though you haven’t changed Blessings on them before. Any subsequent changes will cost Gems, as usual.

This update adds another batch of Champion stories to the game, including Keeyra the Watcher, Altan, and Lord Shazar, with more coming in future updates. If your favorite isn’t here, stay tuned, they may arrive in the future!

    3. Alsgor Crimsonhorn (BA-LHF)
    4. Criodan the Blue (SY-ESM)

    6. Ilysinya (HE-EHF)
    7. Jetni the Giant (BA-LAS)
    8. Greathoof Loriaca (SW-LSS)

    Champion Lore

    1. Champion Lore is a brand-new feature where you can discover some of the stories of your favorite Champions. Some of these Champions’ stories are connected together, and all have played a role in shaping the world, so we hope you’ll have fun piecing together the history of Teleria through them!
    2. This update adds a first batch of Champion stories to the game, with more coming in future updates. If your favorite isn’t here, stay tuned, they may arrive in the future!

    Righteous Set

With the arrival of Forge Pass Season 9, we’re introducing a new Artifact Set: Righteous. You can earn Righteous Alloy through the Forge Pass, the new Forge Material required to craft Righteous Artifacts. As a 2-piece Artifact Set, Righteous will give your Champions +10% SPD and +40 RES.

    Gear Selling Filter

    1. We have added a special Gear Selling filter to all Campaign locations and Gear Dungeons, designed to be used when Multi-Battling. It lets you filter out the Gear you want to keep, and automatically sells the rest.
    2. Note: you need to choose at least one option in each filter set (Rank, Rarity, Set/Faction, Artifact/Accessory Type, Primary Stats, Substats), otherwise all Gear will be sold.
    3. If you choose several options within a filter set, all the Gear that matches at least one of those options will be kept. For example, if you chose 5 Substats to filter by, all the Gear that has at least one of your chosen Substats will be kept.
    4. You can quickly enable or disable the Gear Selling Filter by using the special ON/OFF toggle in the Multi-Battle Settings window. If the toggle is set to OFF, all Gear will be kept.

    Multi-Battle Settings

    1. Also, Multi-Battle Settings are now saved separately for the following locations:
    2. Campaign (settings are shared across all locations)
    3. Potion Keeps (settings are shared across the Spirit Keep, Arcane Keep, Magic Keep, Void Keep, and Force Keep)
    4. Minotaur’s Labyrinth
    5. Ice Golem’s Peak (settings are shared across Normal and Hard difficulty)
    6. Spider’s Den (settings are shared across Normal and Hard difficulty)
    7. Dragon’s Lair (settings are shared across Normal and Hard difficulty)
    8. Fire Knight’s Castle (settings are shared across Normal and Hard difficulty)
    9. Iron Twins Fortress
    10. Sand Devil’s Necropolis
    11. Doom Tower
    12. Faction Wars

    Fragment Summon Tab Reorganization

The Fragment Summon tab now only shows Champions whose Fragments are owned, or can currently be earned.

    Priority Stats Filter

    • This Filter helps you to sort Gear according to how you want to equip a particular Champion. There are 4 priority levels for stats: None, Low, Medium, High
    • If you’re looking for Gear with a very specific stat and aren’t worried about what Artifact Set it comes from, use the “Hide Set Filters” checkbox. When this filter is paired with the Priority Stats Filter, you’ll see the Gear with the highest stats, regardless of the Artifact Set it’s part of.

Plarium Points Program, Champion rebalance, and more!

We’ve got some awesome new ways for you to get cool rewards with the Plarium Points Program and new Chests, as well as Champion balance changes and some other updates and fixes. Let’s dive into everything coming to Raid with version 6.400:

    Plarium Points Program

    • The Plarium Points Program is a feature where you can earn Plarium Points and unlock great rewards. The more Points you have, the more rewards you can get.
    • The Program consists of 3 Cards at a time. Each of these Cards contains slots, and each slot has a reward that you get once you have earned a certain number of Plarium Points, similar to rewards earned by gaining Campaign Stars.
    • Among the rewards are Searsha the Charred, a Legendary Sylvan Watchers Champion, as well as Artifacts 81 Accessories for her, Perfect and Split Souls to Awaken her, Artifact Ascension Oils, Awakening items, )(P 8:: Rank Up items, and other useful goodies.

    Searsha the Charred

    • Rarity: Legendary | Type: Support | Affinity: Force | Faction: Sylvan Watchers
    • Note: you can only get Searsha the Charred via the Plarium Points Program, you will not be able to summon her from Shards.

You can earn Plarium Points by

    • taking part in or completing select in-game activities (like different Events and Tournaments)
    • claiming Playtime Rewards
    • completing Advanced Quests
    • purchasing select offers

    New type of reward

    • We’re adding 5 tiers of Chests to the game: Bronze Chest, Silver Chest, Gold Chest, Platinum Chest, Diamond Chest
    • You can earn them in various Events and Tournaments. Each of them can drop one kind of item, randomly chosen from a predetermined reward pool.
    • The higher the tier of a Chest, the better the reward in it. You can earn Silver, Gems, Shards, Skill Tomes, and more from different tiers of Chests, so keep an eye out for them!

Change the order of the teams on Tag Team Arena

    • We are adding the ability to change the order of the teams in Tag Team Arena by hitting the arrow buttons. Also, you can clear all the Champion slots by tapping the trash button. Added the Stop Multi—Battle button to the Pause window
    • We have introduced the ability to stop a Multi— Battle sequence without immediately ending the current battle. You can now stop your Multi-Battle sequence after the current battle finishes by hitting the ”Stop Multi— Battle” button in the Pause window.
    • Alternatively, you can still hit the “Turn Off Multi-Battle” button on the results screen to finish a Multi—Battle sequence, or select the ”End Current Battle” button in the Pause window to immediately end a Battle.
