Meatcarver Tolog Overview

Meatcarver Tolog makes his entrance into Raid Shadow Legends as a Rare Support champion of the Skinwalkers, and while his name might suggest a grim butcher, his true craft lies in keeping allies alive when the battle gets bloody. His arrival was tied to the Bambus Fourleaf Fusion, where he stood alongside champions like Selinia Nightcloak, Petrifya Rockroot and Longsword Torrux to help unlock powerful legendaries. More than just a stepping stone for fusion, Meatcarver is a unique support option who brings healing, buffs and even revival to one of the game’s toughest factions to build around.

What truly sets him apart is his Reviving Stew (A3), a skill that brings fallen allies back with 30% health, a burst of Turn Meter and a 15% Continuous Heal to smooth their return. This is a rare gift for the Skinwalkers, as no other Rare in the faction offers revival, giving players on a budget a reason to celebrate. His Butcher’s Block (A2) strengthens the team with a solid 30% Increase Defense while sprinkling in healing through Continuous Heal, making him more than just a one-trick pony. Even his basic skill, Jagged Cut (A1), gives him personal sustain by restoring a slice of his own health every strike, a small but steady perk that lets him keep fighting longer than expected.

The hidden gem in his kit is the passive Feed the Herd, which ensures that healing never completely disappears. Whenever a Continuous Heal is stripped, stolen or runs its course, he replaces it with a weaker version so the flow of health continues uninterrupted. This means that even when enemies attempt to deny sustain, Meatcarver steps in to keep the Skinwalkers patched up. He is not a top-tier arena pick nor a campaign farmer, but in Faction Wars and progression teams he shines as a cost-effective lifeline. For players searching for a support who can hold his ground, brew revivals and bring consistent defensive value, Meatcarver Tolog proves that sometimes the best champions are found behind the tavern counter with a pot of stew simmering away.

    @Steel Erazor
Between in-game, HH and Ayumi, there are 3 different perspectives:
In-Game tends to be early to low mid-game ratings…. And an OK indicator of faction strength until the highest levels.

Ayumi has a better mid-game focus, and is good for the average player.

HH, while I suspect it’s the same owner as Ayumi, it’s skewed and slightly rewritten version of Ayumi, but it’s for end-game players with the perspective of ‘if you had $10000000000’ and access to every player, who is the best… it’s very useful at times, but at others, especially for the low to mid level players, the rankings can steer you wrong. It’s not that they are false, it’s just they are for a 1 year+ player and will cause you to food a champion that may be really useful to you at your stage of the game. They also tend to call and champion lower than Epic garbage… which for someone in the end of the game (2+ years) is relatively true.

CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN THE HUGE DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE RANKING HERE COMPARED TO THE INGAME RANKINGS? IN GAME THERE ARE 13 RATINGS ABOVE 4.5 OUT OF 5 AND ONLY 5 BELOW 4.5 AND THOSE ARE ALL 4.2-4.3 WHICH IS WAY ABOVE AVERAGE FOR ALLLLL CHAMPS NOT JUST RARE. YET HERE THIS CHAMP HAS NADA, ZILCH FOR LOVE AND IN FACT ACCORDING TO THE STAR RANKING SYSTEM THIS GUY DOES NOT EVEN RATE AS A D OR MAYBE EVEN AN F LET ALONE A C? THIS MAKES ZERO SENSE. ONLY A COUPLE RUNS HAVE HIM LISTED AT 3 STARS THE REST ARE BELOW AND ALMOST ALLLL 1 STAR? LIKE WTF? ARE ALL THE IN GAME PLAYERS OUT TO LUNCH OR DOES THIS PAGE NEED WORK? ASKING FROM A NEW PLAYER 60 DAYS, TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE BEST TO DIRECT TIME AND RESOURCES. THANKS

  3. Woima

This guy might be decent, or good even, if his passive worked with other faction champs too. There are only two other SW champs with stronger continuous heal, Reinbeast and Bloodhorn.

I have had very good success in the early game with this champion.
I use him in the arena offense often as his A1 hits pretty hard for a rare support champ.

In the overview, you have him incorrectly listed as a Magic affinity. Your site is well put together and very informative, I feel bad correcting you!

@Petefleet: I have corrected the amount of skill tomes required by Meatcarver Tolog. Thanks!

  6. Petefleet

It’s 8 tomes not 18. If his kit was 3 turn cool down, would that significantly increase his rating.

  7. Gtaker

Why doesn’t Tolog get any love?

  8. REX

is he not rated yet? seems pretty awesome.
