Meatcarver Tolog is a Rare Support Magic affinity champion from Skinwalkers faction in Raid Shadow Legends. Within the lively confines of a bustling tavern, Meatcarver brews his unique concoction designed to heal his comrades to the pink of health. He stands shoulder to shoulder with his fellow Skinwalkers, this champion chosen to take part in the illustrious Bambus Fourleaf Fusion event. His one of the key ingredients along with Selinia Nightcloak, Petrifya Rockroot and Longsword Torrux to fuse either Pann the Bowhorn or Malkith Bloodflock to obtain Bambus Fourleaf.
For those seeking an affordable Healer and Reviver to increase their chances of clearing Faction Wars stages, look no further than Meatcarver. His Reviving Stew [A3] skill resurrects any fallen ally, restoring 30% of their vitality and bestowing a swift surge of Turn Meter upon them. As if that weren’t enough, he graces them with a 15% Continuous Heal to help them recover quickly. Meatcarver emerges as the very first rare Skinwalker champion to possess this revival ability!

This guy might be decent, or good even, if his passive worked with other faction champs too. There are only two other SW champs with stronger continuous heal, Reinbeast and Bloodhorn.
I have had very good success in the early game with this champion.
I use him in the arena offense often as his A1 hits pretty hard for a rare support champ.

It’s 8 tomes not 18. If his kit was 3 turn cool down, would that significantly increase his rating.
