   Also Ursala the Mourner revives all dead allies and fills their turn meter by 50%. I didn’t see her on the list.

   @Ayumilove , have to add Ninja sometime to the list of Lego ( target ) on his a1, has 15% tm boost for himself.

    Bloodpainter is a rare in the Skinwalkers faction whose A3 states, “Shaman Drum (Cooldown: 6 turns) Fills the Turn Meters of all allies except this Champion by 20%. Places a 25% [Increase ATK] buff on all allies for 2 turns.” So, this is a turn meter of allies, not AOE. Bloodpainter technically deserves a spot somewhere despite not being the best. hahahahaha

    @Jacob Dominic: Yes. When a champion has Increase Speed Buff, it will increase the Turn Meter fill rate per tick. This same applies for Decrease Speed debuff that lowers the amount of Turn Meter filled per tick.

    @Linkit: I have categorised the champions who has Increase Turn Meter skill to 4 categories (AoE, Self, Random and Revive).

    Would be great if the list could be separated into “All Allies TM increase” and “TM increase on single target” Like AOE or not.
