@Fractious The old saying ‘you can’t get there from here’ applies to your masteries. You can’t jump to Ruthless ambush unless you first have either Shield Breaker or Grim Resolve.
I have thought of masteries for this champion as follows:
offence: Deadly precision, keen strike, heart of glory, Ruthless ambush, single out, cycle of violence, bring it down, kill streak, Methodical, Warmaster,
support: pinpoint accuracy, charged focus, arcane celerity, swarm smiter, evil eye, lore of steel, master hexer, (and or if needed) oppressor.
so far he is doing well i have four pieces of life-steal armor on him and two pieces of speed i would like if someone will try this. this is my first attempt at a good custom build
This guy was my second Rank 6. Completely not worth it. Guy looks good on paper, but doesn’t fit on a team. Others fill his roles, and that is the issue. He could fill the support role and can fill the AoE roll, but any competent support or nuker does it way better. Then build around those latter ones. He just doesn’t work on a team.
If you are that strapped like I was, don’t rank 6. Maybe I can gear better, but Shaman Drum on an attack based champion makes no sense. If I could remove it for auto purposes, I would. I want my Attack champion to attack, to poison, to crit. Making it a crit that procs on critical strikes with other changes, of course, would make for a really cool design space. The 20% speed meter fill is nice, but I rather attack instead of a minor damage increase that your support should be providing. Also, the multiplier for damage feels horrible. I feel like Plarium gave him Suppprt scaling (this is a thing right, please confirm, I’m pretty new) but an Attack champion tag.

Current in-game ratings for this guy is 4+stars in every instance to include clan boss and dungeons.
