Marksman Review
Marksman, a champion of Epic Attack Spirit affinity from the High Elves faction in Raid Shadow Legends. He resembles a character straight out of J.R.R. Tolkien’s masterpiece, The Lord of the Rings. This archer, while seemingly skilled in the art of the bow, leaves much to be desired in terms of practicality. His A1 move renders it impossible to tune speed with him for a Clan boss team, and his wrong affinity for dragon twenty makes him a liability. In all honesty, investing any valuable resources in this lackluster epic would be an exercise in futility, given the existence of other more competent champions better suited for the faction war side.

Raid Shadow Legends Marksman Champion Guide by Edward Moore
Marksman story line: He was once a brave warrior, from the far off kingdoms of Asthzel, training day and night to become a bowman. He didn’t accept help from anyone and was mostly a self dedicated worker. Then one time his kingdom went on battle of the Zargolas dungeon located in the west Himalayas and sparred with his enemy (now friend) the Necro hunter. In the battle Marksman struck down the Zargolas leader, and gave him a mark…he was from then on known as Marksman, and a vigilante with his new found partner Necro hunter.
Do not agree on the Marksman Mastery Guide for Clan Boss Setup:
4.Whirlwind of Death –>increase speed for every enemy killed??? you wil not kill an enemy with CB
Should be replaced by LIFE DRINKER
6.Cycle of Violence –>you will not hit the CB with 30% of his HP, so useless
Should better be replaced with SUPPORT –> CYCLE OF MAGIC
8.Kill Streak = useless (for each enemy killed == 0)
replace by METHODICAL
9.Blood Shield = useless (when killing an enemy ==0)
Replace with SUPPORT —> SPIRIT HASTE
Then from SUPPORT:
2.Exalt in Death = useless (when enemy killed)
replace by CHARGED FOCUS
4.Evil Eye (decrease turn meter does not work on bosses== Clan Boss)
replace by LORE OF STEEL

Currently I am using an accuracy set with a poison set.
Would a Marksman with a relentless set and an immortal set be good?
Well actually ok he does not benefit from sniper since his a1 auto-applies poison as long as he crits. I’m still learning masteries, which is why your help would be welcome!
Thanks again 🙂
shield breaker instead of heart of glory, blood shield instead of sniper, I’m no mastery master but this definitely feels like wrong recommendations for clan boss! Do you think you could make a separate build for clan boss rather than having only one suggestion for him? Thanks!
Marksman is a very versatile champ depending on what you need in your line up. I’ve built him both damage and poison and both work very well. Poison would go down the support tree a bit more than offense. While it does rely a bit more on luck, it tends to work quite well if someone doesn’t have a good poisoner (better than Kael for cb in my opinion). While it does rely a bit on luck, I use the relentless set and get off quite a bit of poison with him. He is a good medium tier champion for those who do not have great luck pulling great champions.
@dhongshow.man: Marksman ranking is bumped up from Bad to Good.
Does Marksman still belong to Bad tier after his rework?
