   The Decrease Skill Cooldown Champion List is missing Yumeko as an AOE reduce cooldown she has a skill that reduces cooldowns by 3 turns

   You’re missing Countess Lix. Her A3 reduces ally skill cooldown by one turn.

   @Zoya: Skill cooldown refers to the delay of champion turns before the skill can be re-use/re-activate again. Champions that have at least 2 skills (e.g. A1 and A2), the A2 skill (refers to the 2nd skill) will have a delay. For example, Armiger has A2 skill called “Lay to Rest” with a skill cooldown of 2 once it’s fully booked. This means he can use the A2 skill after a 1 turn delay. The first turn is taken upon activating the A2 skill, and the second turn is used to cooldown the skill.

   The Decrease Skill Cooldown champion list above has a skill that reduces the skill cooldown of each champion in the team, which means they do not need to go through multiple turns before being able to reactivate their skill that has skill cooldown.
