Provoke Champion List | Raid Shadow Legends

Raid Shadow Legends Provoke Skill applies Provoke debuff on enemies, so that they only attack the Provoker using their default skill at 75% damage. However, Provoke debuff will be instantly removed if the Provoker is defeated in battle. Provoke Skill synergizes very well with Champions that are equipped with Frost Set that freezes the attackers for 1 turn, or Champions that has Block Damage Buff or Counterattack Buff. In addition, Provoke Skill can also be obtained by equipping the Champion with Taunting Set which can be farmed from Dungeon. Take note that Crowd Control skill does not apply to Clan Boss and Dungeon Boss.

Raid Shadow Legends Provoke

The Champion with this debuff can only attack the Champion that applied it for X Turns, using their Default Skill.

@Tee: Castigator has been added to the Provoke champion list!

  2. Ayumilove Post author

@shuzznukle: I have added Bivald of the Thorn to the Provoke champion list!

  3. Ayumilove Post author

@Rick Edelson: Ultimate Deathknight is now available in the Provoke champion list!

  4. Ayumilove Post author

@AttiZor: I have removed Marauder from the AoE Provoke champion list. Thanks!

  5. AttiZor

Marauder is only a single target provoke and sucks. Please take him off the AoE list so he doesn’t waste anyone elses time.

Hi AyumiLove, I really appreciate your work on this, the site is great! One minor addition: I believe that Ultimate Deathknight also can land a provoke, as part of his A1 “Heckler” skill.

Hey Ayumilove, Love the site, you don’t get enough credit. CC’s should be giving you more credit when they do videos, because you still have the most well rounded guide for all Raid players, new or experienced. So, here’s my question. Do you know if they have nerfed Provoke set? What I mean, is like Relentless, where it can’t proc off abilities that grant extra turns (Rotos)? There’s just no way to really tell. I’m not sure if it works or not. If it does, it should in theory work like this; 2 different chances, one from the ability, as in if it’s a 50% chance, and then one from the set to get a 30% chance, correct? It doesn’t stack, so you wouldn’t be getting an 80% chance, just 2 chances, one 50 and one 30, correct? I’m just not sure it’s working this way. Do you know if it’s still working? Thanks in advance!

Elder Skarg has a Special Provoke too.

Elder’s Clarion [ATK] (Cooldown: 5 turns)
Places a 60% [Increase DEF] buff on this Champion for 3 turns. Places a [Fear] debuff on all enemies for 1 turn. Places a [True Fear] debuff for 1 turn on targets under [Block Damage] buffs. Places a 30% [Decrease SPD] debuff for 2 turns on targets under [Shield] buffs. These debuffs cannot be resisted. ****Also places a [Provoke] debuff on Legendary Champions for 1 turn.****

  13. WileyMan

Visix should be moved to the AOE Provoke list. I plan to build her now that her kit has been buffed.

  14. dani

    Add Templar
4 hit provoke with block damage

  15. Ayumilove Post author

@RepoPk: Iron Brago has been added to the Provoke champion skill list!

  16. RepoPk

Need to add Iron Brago to AOE provoke

  17. Ayumilove Post author

@Akenatoth: Vulpine has been removed from the Provoke skill champion list!

  18. Akenatoth

Vulpine shouldn’t be on this list, it doesn’t have a provoke.

  19. Ayumilove Post author

@rotem melamed: I have updated Sandlashed Survivor from AoE Provoke to Target Provoke.

  20. rotem melamed

Sandlashed survivor doesn’t has AOE provoke

@JokerIndPack: It depends on where you would use the champion.

I would use Frost Set against teams that are much faster and has high resist. Frost Set uses a different logic to apply the Freeze debuff, which ignores the target Resist stat but uses RNG side of it. When dealing with Faction Wars champions, they tend to be much slower compared to enemy champions in Arena. Therefore, I would go with Defense Set and Speed Sets. However, if you have Retaliation Sets or Frozen Sets that has excellent rolls on substats, I would use that instead. Target that Frost debuff will only receive 75% of the inflicted damage. If you are trying to work on Faction Speed Farming Glyphs, I would not recommend it. Retaliation Set helps to re-apply Provoke debuff, and they Provoked target will only deal 75% damage to you.

Faction War champions does not have any equipment set on them especially Relentless Set, therefore no worries about it against Provoke. However, if using Provoke against target that is equipped with Relentless Set, they can perform a different skill after using their default skill to attack the Provoker upon having the Extra Turn.

What type of artifacts are most useful for a champ with Provoke abilities in A1, ex. Master Butcher,
I am building a Dwarves team for Faction Crypts, actually always ignored dwarves, but looks like they have awesome abilities which can be scaled good enough.

So I have two Master Butchers and for one I used retaliation set with speed, should I try Frost on other?
How does Relentless works in response to Provoke?
