Raid Shadow Legends Increase Speed Skill applies Increase Speed buff on self or allies to increase their Turn Meter more quickly. This results in reaching their turn first before their enemies, quicker skill cooldowns, and more actions taken against their foes. Increase Speed is one of the key elements in winning most Arena battles since you can burst down enemies with high-damaging skills. The total speed is the combined stats of the Champion’s base speed, equipment speed (value), and mastery speed (value/percentage).

Boragar the elder should be on this list, he has an AOE inc speed
@James Allen: Actually the Increase Buff speed does not stack. The number you are referring to is the turn duration of the buff before it expires. Stacking buff means having multiple buff icons applied to a champion rather than overriding. This can be seen from Continuous Heal buff.
Hey guys. Will the speed buff stack? Can I have Apothecary cast speed and then High Khutun? I see the number next to the speed buff icon increases. Is that the stack affect?
@Zargblatt: The Increase Speed buff takes effect when the buff is active on the champion. If the champion (the 100 speed), has 50% of his turn meter filled, it will first fill up with 15% Increase Turn Meter followed by the Increase Speed Effect.

How is the first turn with speed boost calculated?
If apothecary goes first with 150 speed, and places a speed increase on someone with 100 speed,
does the next tick add the speed for the entire turn, or does the speeed increase only apply to the rest of the turn?
Either (100*30%) + 15% boost = 145
OR (100*(30%*0.5 turn left)) + 15% boost = 130

@jolygrngiant: There is not speed cap implemented in the game. You can go as high as 350 Speed to take advantage of starting first in Arena to wipe all enemies before they even take their turn 🙂
