Raid Shadow Legends Decrease Critical Rate Skill applies Decrease Critical Rate debuff that decreases the Critical Rate of the recipient. There are 2 versions of Decrease Critical Rate debuff (15% and 30%). Decrease Critical Rate debuff decreases the chance of the enemy to use their Critical Damage stats to deal more damage to your champions. This debuff is quite useful for PvE content where enemies have only a base of 15% Critical Rate against neutral affinity, and 30% Critical Rate against weaker affinity.

Akoth doesn’t do AoE decrease crit rate. You have him on both the AoE and single target one
