I think you may have a typo. The first recommended artifact set options suggest 2 Savage and 1 Cruel set, but Savage sets require 4 pieces, so I’m sure you meant 1 set of each.

He is immune to Block Revive-debuff.
First time he is killed, He will Self-Revive with 70 % health and energy, and the Character who killed him gets Fear (Unresistable).
Second time he is killed, he will Revive with 50 % health and energy, the Character who killed him gets Fear (Unresistable).
Third time he is killed, Revive him with 30 % health and energy, the Character who killed him gets True Fear (Unresistable).
