Oella Storyline
The tale of the Dark Elf, Ultan of the Shell, and Oella, a Fae queen, began in the forlorn years following the Scouring of the Great Grove. Disillusioned with his own kind’s cruelty and lust for power, Ultan fled the gloomy eaves of Durham Forest and searched for a new purpose. Years of travel led him to the far east of Peltas, where a familiar sight awaited: an ancient woodland full of mysteries and dangers.
Mesmerized, Ultan ventured deeper into Mistwood. Slowly, cautiously, he explored the strange energy that permeated the forest and all who dwelt in it. The Rhythm, the Sylvan Elves he met called it. It was beautiful.
By chance or fate, Ultan’s pass crossed that of a radiant Fae within days of arrival. Oella felt the stranger’s sorrow, and where many of her kind would have expelled him or worse, she approached Ultan peacefully. The two conversed for a while, each seeking a greater understanding of the other. A queen among her kind, Oella was wise and charming and beloved by many, but it was her passion and love of life that captivated Ultan’s heart and inspired him to seek her out again and again.
Ultan’s curiosity amused Oella, and she humored him with a handful of chance meetings. She learned that he was sagacious in his own right, kind-hearted, and determined to prove himself worthy of Mistwood. She was even more surprised by how driven he was to learn and master the ways of her kind. This was a daunting task even for Sylvan Elves and nigh-impossible for an outsider. Yet Ultan persisted.
As decades passed, the pair’s curiosity in one another evolved into trust and respect, then turned to friendship. Over time, this became love. The other Fair Folk disapproved. Oella cared not – she inducted Ultan into her court as her knight and champion.
Many ventures together led the lovers to the charred remnants of the Great Grove itself. There, Oella and her handmaidens sought to find the source of lingering corruption and a way to heal it. But all they found was death. Twisted monstrosities, maddened Fae and Sylvans, assailed them on all sides.
Oella’s handmaidens would have surely perished were it not for Ultan’s courage and skill. Heavily outnumbered, he fought with the ferocity of a dozen warriors and bought the queen’s retinue time to withdraw. His injuries were grievous, and he would not have lived were it not for a miracle born from Oella’s love. She held Ultan and poured her very essence into his terrible wounds. It was an act guided by desperation and instinct in equal measure, and it bound their spirits together. Ultan awoke soon after, changed. Fae magic flowed through his veins. He could feel its power, and to his joy, he felt closer to Oella than he ever imagined possible.
Upon their return, Oella named Ultan as her consort – a faithful friend and ally to rule by her side. His bravery and sacrifice had earned him a modicum of respect among the Fae, but it may be many centuries still before the Fair Folk accept Ultan as one of their own.
Oella Review
Oella is a Legendary Support Magic affinity champion from the Sylvan Watchers faction in Raid Shadow Legends. In the mystical forests of Mistwood, there lived two lovers who are Oella and Ultan. They were determined to restore their home to its former glory and to do so, they decided to take part in the February 2023 Valentine’s Fusion event. This event was the latest high-end content in the world of Raid Shadow Legends, where powerful warriors competed to emerge victorious.
Oella was a champion that stood out from the rest, as she possessed the ideal kit to combat the toughest of opponents, such as the Iron Twins, the Sand Devil, and the Hydra Clan Boss. Her A1 attack had a 100% chance of landing a Decrease Speed debuff on a target, which was especially crucial in dealing with fast bosses in the end game. If Ultan, her partner, was also present, the combination became irresistible, allowing players to remove accuracy from Oella’s builds as she didn’t place any other debuffs.
Her other abilities were equally impressive, as they were designed to support and heal her allies. Her A2 placed a 30% Heal on a target, although it was based on the target’s health and not her own, which was less than ideal. However, it also increased the duration of buffs by one turn, making her one of the select few champions capable of doing so on a three-turn cooldown, a requirement for 2:1 in some Clan Boss speed tunes. Her A3 filled the turn meter by 30% and placed an Increase Resistance buff, which was excellent in PvE but required taking a turn to enable it, necessitating the use of Immunity sets in Arena.
Oella also possessed a unique passive that was quite powerful when used with Ultan. If an ally took a significant hit, they would receive a continuous heal for two turns, which would activate instantly when Ultan was present or for one turn otherwise. This made her a formidable ally in battles where her team was likely to take heavy damage.
With her strong resistance Aura, Oella was perfectly suited to create a powerful Resistance PvE team to face the growing challenges in Teleria. Her abilities made her a valuable asset to any team, and her combination with Ultan was particularly potent. This guide would be updated following a full playtest, ensuring that players would always have the most up-to-date information on this powerful champion.
And so, Oella and Ultan set forth into the world of Raid, determined to emerge victorious in the Valentine’s Fusion event and to restore their home to its former glory. With Oella’s unparalleled abilities and Ultan’s powerful support, they were sure to succeed, earning the admiration and respect of their fellow champions along the way.

Just for the benefit of anyone reading, this champion is far, far better than you think she is. Forget the Increase RES with 100% uptime, the big TM boost, the buff extension… she’s basically an outstanding healer.
She has the passive of Jareg, the A1 of Stag Knight and the A2 of Demytha/Godseeker. Excellent support unit useful in a variety of settings.
Hey she is Op for Eternal dragon she is very underrated. Definitely 5 star and she will be great for hydra too
Oella is definitely underrated for Eternal Dragon. Should be 5 star in my opinion.
She brings an increase resistance buff which reduces the res requirements of your team by 50%. Paired with an decrease accuracy Debuffer, the Boss’s cooldown increase shouldn’t be an issue anymore. By placing the increase resistance buff she also increases Turnmeter of all allies by 30% to make sure, the decrease accuracy debuff is also up before the boss takes his first turn.
On top, her passive places a continous heal on allies who take a hard hit from the boss.
Oella is incredible for that Boss. She brought me the change i needed to finally finish that rotation of Doom Tower.
