Anytime you are trying to do something that negatively impacts the enemy it requires a ACCURACY check. Reduce TM, remove a buff, add a debuff. So yes he requires accuracy (and his whole kit is all about the stun. So he needs accuracy badly.
I’d say he’s needs a buff. His kit is just close to there but too niche. The taking away defense buff is cool but when I used it against a challenge it didn’t work. I hope it’s not acc dependant, but maybe the buffs not removable on boss or dungeons?. Still though I like him he just needs a buff. He fills no roles that others can’t do better.
@Marcus: Samson the Masher is a pretty strong candidate in Arena damage nuker since he buffs himself with Increase Critical Damage. I faced one in higher-tier Arena and got obliterated by him as he also performs counterattacks through his unique passive skill. He is tanky since he is an HP-based champion, similar to Magnarr (Epic champion), so he can survive a few nukes. Pair him with a good healer and he will always stay in battle alive.
Am I blinded by the looks of a Champion ?
His abilities read above average but, I accept his B rating.
I haven’t built him yet so I can’t comment on his true abilities.
