Kellan the Shrike Review
Kellan the Shrike is an Epic Attack Magic affinity champion from the Sylvan Watchers faction in Raid Shadow Legends. With his arrival, the ancient city of Nyresa can rest assured that it will be defended against the relentless onslaught of its enemies.
Kellan’s arsenal of skills makes him a valuable asset to any team. His A2 skill, when booked, has a 100% chance of reducing a target’s Turn Meter by 50%, perfect for taking down Dark Fae, Spider, or the Fire-Knight. This skill also places a Decrease Speed debuff on the target while giving Kellan a Perfect Veil buff, making all his attacks ignore Shield buffs. This is especially valuable in an Arena setting, where Shield buffs are often used to defend against heavy attacks.
Kellan’s A3 skill is also a force to be reckoned with, boasting a damage multiplier that increases by 5% for each debuff on the target. While this is not as strong as a Soulless A3 (which has a multiplier of 15%), it can still yield some significant AoE damage numbers. With Godlike and Strong ratings I will take a punt on Kellan for Faction Wars. By the time I have upgraded her to 6* there may be more info. Will need ATK%, CRIT, ACC and the usual SPD. Cruel, Perception sets, maybe Lethal and then SPD. Just my quick thoughts.
