RAID: Shadow Legends – Spread Debuff Skill spreads one or more debuff from one of the targeted enemy champion to all enemy champions in the team. This skill is excellent in weakening multiple enemy champions quickly when your team only has single hitting debuff skill champion.

Richtoff no longer does debuff spread after his rework :(
@Jerzun: Very few Champions have this special skill, which allows them to spread debuff to other enemies in battle. Currently, the Legendaries have Debuff Spread abilities.
There is no rare or even epic hero doin this?
