Hoskarul is an Epic Defense Spirit affinity champion from the Barbarians faction in Raid Shadow Legends. With a swift and powerful counterattack, Hoskarul dominates the Barbarian arena contests, delivering devastating blows that leave his opponents reeling.
If you’re seeking a champion capable of stunning, Hoskarul is a top pick for your roster. His entire kit revolves around the Stun debuff, with his A2 skill placing it on all enemies in an Area of Effect attack, while also cleansing any stun debuffs on your team. mAd Capper: HOSKARUL | I Built Them, So You Don’t Have To
I would think if Hoskarul had enough resistance, he’d be able to resist the sheep unless it can’t be resisted, I have to look. Also, I’m having trouble keeping him alive. Would it be easier if I could use either stoneskin with resist and defense and/or resist and def gear with just a lot of speed and HP?
This problem does make this champ hard to equip well against the little Armanz weasel. I effing hate him, and I don’t use that term lightly.

I’ve had this guy packed away for awhile, having other stunners. However, Armanz has been a source of extreme vexation for me in the arena, where many of the best teams now have him (& Alice, too. $@!$# skill cool downs!)
I had considered that Armanz could sheep him, but Armanz almost always hits my Arbiter first, and then hits with the stun, so for my particular team setup, I think it’ll work. Why, tho? What stat is Arbiter the highest in that Armanz targets her over others? Does anyone know, or is it possible to find out which stat for a champion his AI is programmed to prioritize?
Also, I put him in Feral gear (x8) then wondered if, in the Feral gearset description where it says blocks sheep from awakening skills. Is that exclusive?
@Churt: Although Hoskarul is immune to Stun debuff, he isn’t immune to Decrease Turn Meter negative effect. This means Hoskarul can still be crowd controlled by preventing him from getting his turn. Just imagine Armanz perform his AoE Stun with his A2, followed by polymorphing Hoskarul into a Sheep using his A3, Hoskarul does not have a chance to retaliate.
How does he fare against Armanz?
What about placing him in Stun gear? Wouldn’t that bolster his chances even more of placing the stun debuff?

Pretty sure the second mastery build is wrong: Master Hexer and Sniper are useless on Hoskarul as they can’t improve Stun debuffing and that is the only debuff that Hoskarul does.
