Talenna Soulseer Champion Lore Synopsis
Talenna Soulseer rose to prominence as one of the brightest voices in the Aravian Court during a time of growing crisis. Warm, compassionate, and gifted with a broad understanding of people, she earned the trust of nobles and commoners alike. Her influence extended beyond politics through her exceptional command of Light magic, a talent driven by her deep hatred of Darkness and her desire to see Light prevail throughout the world. Among her greatest creations was an amber orb formed from pure luminarcana. Through this remarkable artefact, Talenna could perceive the darkness hidden within a person’s soul, allowing her to uncover lies and recognise those who had committed terrible deeds in the past.
As war raged between Aravia and Kaerok, Talenna became a leading advocate for seeking aid from the Mistwood. She warned that a prolonged conflict would leave Aravia vulnerable to threats on every side, from demons and necromancers to opportunistic rivals. Through careful diplomacy and persuasion, she convinced the Aravian elite to support her mission. Her hopes soared when Rhaia, later remembered as the Mourned, agreed to hear Aravia’s case before the Sylvan Court. Talenna believed an alliance with the Sylvan could provide the strength needed to turn the tide of war and protect her homeland from disaster.
However, her mission took a devastating turn when the Corruption swept through Rhaia’s lands. The catastrophe shattered any immediate hope of diplomacy as it consumed the Mistwood and transformed everything in its path. Talenna fought beside Rhaia and her noble son Folan, witnessing the horror firsthand. What she encountered far exceeded any threat she had known before. The Corruption was more destructive and terrifying than the combined dangers posed by the Dark Elves and the Banner Lords. As the forests fell and countless lives were lost, she realised that stopping this growing menace had become more urgent than securing an alliance.
Determined to act, Talenna remained in the Mistwood and joined the desperate struggle against the spreading darkness. She adapted to the changing battlefield by mastering powerful withering magic, using it to strike down enemies and aid the dwindling defenders. Yet despite her efforts, the war continued to worsen. More land succumbed to the Corruption each day, while the surviving Sylvan warriors grew weary from endless fighting. Talenna could see that defeat was drawing closer, and even her considerable abilities seemed insufficient against the scale of the threat.
During one brutal battle, Talenna came close to death at the hands of a mighty Dark Elf warrior. She was saved unexpectedly by an Undead Elf known as Vallaryn the Equalizer. Vallaryn proposed an alliance, claiming that only together could they halt the Corruption and preserve the balance of the world. Talenna understood that she lacked the strength to defeat the fallen Rhaia alone, yet she remained uncertain whether Vallaryn could be trusted. Fearing what might happen if his motives changed, she nevertheless recognised that no better option existed. Faced with impossible odds, Talenna chose to place her hopes in this uneasy partnership, believing it offered the only chance to stop the Corruption before it consumed everything.

You have Pinpoint listed as a gear set option for PVE & PVP, so I feel that the Deflection Set should also be an option. It has the added benefit of impacting enemy Total Guard stacks, which seems a plus in PVP. I know the accessories are a pain to get, but Talenna has some on offer via events.
Ayumilove do you think he won’t be rated 5* for demon lord given that he pairs well with poison loading Champs like akemtum and xenomorph (she would blast all poisons) and still place burn for 2 turns.
