Surprisingly underrated in arena. His Nowhere To Run ability is pretty reliable for knocking down the turn meter on enemy speed buffers, and does some fair damage. If Fenshi goes first, he is able to completely stall out a team speed blitz. I find myself using him to counter quite a lot from opening nukes, as well as delaying enemy support and finishers until I can get my stun/freeze/whatever support off. If nothing else, he makes a very competent assassin to just pick out one weak target and make sure he never gets a chance to act.
I get why he’s not top tier, but this is a great budget player’s option.
This guy with Toragi the Frog dude in Faction Wars, with all the poisons up, he can ignore a lot of Defense. The problem will be reviving him when he dies. cuz he will die. Theres no way around that. Someone also asked below if you need accuracy to land decrease turn meter, and the answer is yes. I plan to use Lady Kimmy, Kyoku, Ninja, Toragi the Frog and I’m thinking of either this guy in low damage gear, high survivability and Accuracy gear with REgen and immortal sets, and try to alternate the Ally protect from toragi and Kyoku to down everything. Using Ninjas freeze wisely, and using a1 decrease turn meter masteries, you can kill stuff before you die, and then at the boss alternate ally protections. so 2 toragi’s could work if you dont have Kyoku. but Regen sets and Immortal sets will be key for your ally protect champs. Theres a leech also if you want to use that.
Been playing with him for a while and as much as I love this champ he is SO FRAGILE. He’s been my FK go to until I hit a bad affinity matchup then he turns into hot garbage. May have to rework his gear. Can’t wait for the faction crypt to open up.
How can you justify a Faction Wars rating of 5 stars when Plarium hasn’t yet opened a crypt? I assume you are basing it on similar champions. I mean, even the player reviews only give him 3.9.
does his A2 need accuracy to land deccrease turn meter?
I was thinking along the same lines
put Fenshi on a team with Narma and Yaga, all in Toxic gear – clan boss numbers could be huge
I wonder if this champion may be the rare case wherein it would be beneficial to gear them with a Toxic set. Granted, Fenshi’s mulipliers aren’t very high, but with 100% crit rate and 200%+ crit damage plus the poisons from his A1 and A2, his A3 has the potential to ignore at least an initial 20% defense (this is assuming that Toxic only procs once per skill and not per hit). Couple this with Giant Slayer and you’re looking at big numbers, in theory. I will have to test it when I fuse Fenshi.
