Ezio Auditore Overview

Ezio Auditore enters Raid Shadow Legends through the Raid × Assassin’s Creed collaboration as a Legendary ATK Champion of the Sacred Order with Spirit affinity. Instantly recognizable in his iconic white hooded robes accented with deep crimson, Ezio’s appearance reflects noble lineage fused with lethal intent, reinforced by sculpted armor, a red sash, and concealed tools such as his hidden blade and wrist mounted firearm. Once a nobleman driven by betrayal and loss, he lives by the Creed to serve the light from the shadows, adapting swiftly to a world shaped by corruption and power struggles. Available to both new and existing players through a special 14 day Loyalty Program, Ezio’s arrival makes this crossover accessible to all who choose to follow the Creed.

Although Ezio is clearly tuned for PvP environments, his kit carries enough damage pressure and debuff value to justify use in PvE content as well. His overall design rewards control and timing rather than brute force, with many of his effects becoming far more dependable when he is fighting under Veil or Perfect Veil. This makes maintaining Veil uptime a higher priority than stacking Accuracy, allowing Ezio to function consistently even against resistant opponents when set up correctly.

Ezio’s offensive identity centers on decisive single target strikes backed by layered debuffs. Eagle Dive (A1) reliably applies Decrease Defense under Veil, opening targets for follow up damage from both Ezio and his allies. Hidden Gun (A3) defines his execution role, removing all buffs before dealing damage that ignores Defense, Shield, and Strengthen. This allows Ezio to dismantle heavily protected enemies, making him especially threatening in Arena and high level PvE waves where defensive buffs often decide fights.

His control and pressure peak with Da Vinci’s Design (A2), an adaptive area attack that shifts based on enemy protection. Against standard teams, it spreads Poisons and Poison Sensitivity, triggering immediate damage once enough debuffs are present and supporting Poison based strategies. Against Stoneskin compositions, those effects instead manifest as Bombs, accelerating detonation when all enemies are protected. Ezio’s passives further enhance his staying power, granting automatic Perfect Veil at the start of rounds, chances to nullify heavy incoming hits, counterattack opportunities, and Everything Is Permitted, which delivers unavoidable finishing damage to enemies dropped below 25% HP by allied Assassins. Together, these mechanics allow Ezio Auditore to operate longer than most ATK Champions, striking precisely until the moment his target can no longer escape the blade.

Ezio Auditore Skills

Da Vinci’s Design (Cooldown: 4 turns)
Attacks all enemies. Has a 75% chance of placing two 5% [Poison] debuffs and a 25% [Poison Sensitivity] debuff on all enemies for 2 turns. These debuffs cannot be resisted if this Champion is under a [Veil] or [Perfect Veil] buff. Instantly activates all [Poison] debuffs on enemies under 4 or more debuffs. If any enemies are under a [Stone Skin] buff, has a 75% chance of placing 2 [Bomb] debuffs that detonate after 2 turns on them instead. These debuffs cannot be resisted if this Champion is under a [Veil] or [Perfect Veil] buff. If all enemies are under a [Stone Skin] buff, decreases each [Bomb] debuff’s detonation countdown by 1 turn.

Ezio Auditore Poison Nuker Build

This build turns Ezio Auditore into a lethal poison nuker, designed to erase enemies in a single, perfectly timed strike. His artifacts prioritize ATK% for raw damage, 100% Critical Rate and high Critical Damage for explosive hits, alongside Accuracy to reliably land Poisons and Decrease DEF, and Speed to stay ahead of opponents. Stoneskin Set keeps him alive if enemies win the turn race in Arena, while Perception Set boosts his Accuracy so every debuff sticks. Ezio reaches peak performance when paired with champions who can stack Poisons such as Stokk the Broken, allowing him to detonate them for massive burst damage. To fully unlock his killing power, equip the Lethal Dose Blessing to amplify Poison damage and bypass resistance, and run Arachnelixir relic to convert his high ATK into even more devastating Poison damage, turning Ezio into a true executioner who ends fights before they begin.

Ezio Auditore Champion Lore Synopsis

Ezio Auditore was born into nobility during an age of great change, when ideas and ambition reshaped the world around him. His life shattered when his father and brothers were executed in public, a moment that drove him towards a path of vengeance and justice. Through hardship and bloodshed, he became an Assassin, guided by a creed that demanded sacrifice and clarity. Ezio believed he understood the powers left behind by Those Who Came Before, until a sudden and unexplained force tore him away from his own time and cast him into a realm far beyond anything he had known.

At first, the new world felt familiar. Ezio walked streets lined with stone, where merchants shouted their prices and guards marched in armour much like his own era. He joked with passing women and mocked self important priests, easing himself into what seemed like another foreign city. That sense of comfort vanished when he noticed towering reptilian creatures chained like animals and a roaming performer who transformed people into sheep. These sights made it clear that this was not his home. Careful and alert, Ezio began gathering fragments of knowledge, learning the customs of this land and seeking allies who might help him return.

Before long, Ezio discovered he was in Tilshire. Word on the streets pointed him towards Velyzar, a city built around arenas and trade, where secrets flowed as freely as coin. Believing it held answers, he boarded a ship bound for this distant settlement. During the journey, he spoke with green skinned warriors and mages who bent fire to their will. Though strange in form, they spoke of fear, ambition, and loss in ways he recognised. Even in this fantastical realm, Ezio saw that power still corrupted and violence remained a constant shadow.

Upon reaching Velyzar, Ezio felt a familiar pull, sharp and undeniable. It was the presence of a Piece of Eden. As he moved across rooftops and through crowded markets, the sensation grew stronger, leading him to a preacher known as Pontiff Augustin. Before a restless crowd, Augustin preached love and devotion, then touched a glowing flask at his side. In an instant, the mob fell silent and obedient. Ezio needed no further proof. He knew this relic and the danger it posed.

Stories claimed Augustin belonged to the Cult of K’Leth, hiding behind the mask of the Sacred Order. Ezio cared little for their names or beliefs. He saw only a familiar pattern, a holy figure abusing ancient power. From the shadows, he studied Augustin’s movements, preparing for the right moment. Soon, he noticed others watching the same target. A glimpse of a Hidden Blade confirmed his suspicion. He was not alone. When the time came, they would strike together, bound by the same creed, as Assassins.

Ezio should have a higher rank for the Magic Potion Keep. His affinity isn’t great for it, but Hidden Gun is extremely effective at stripping buffs from the boss, including the boss’ shield.

@BTTest001: Thanks for sharing your experiences and team composition in tackling Spider Hard using Ezio! It’s one of the dungeon speed run strategies to nuke enemies with Poison debuffs!

  3. BTTest001

Tested Spider Hard 10 and its 12 turns on auto: Donatello TM boost, Block debuff champion (2 turns) to save Ezio from sleep, Noct poison skill, Michelangelo spread, Ezio activate poisons and kill all spiderlings, Boss play, Donatello reset, block debuff whatever, Noct poison skill, Michelangelo spread, Ezio activate and fight over.

  4. BTTest001

For Doom Tower floors he is great with Michelangelo and Donatello. My poisoner is Noct and Renegade is second reset champion. Speeds: Donatello, Renegade, Noct, Michelangelo, Ezio. One reset is used in 2nd wave and othere reset is used in 3rd wave. ~20 turns and 30 seconds to clear floor.

With 250+ speed on Donatello, same team can be used to farm hard spider under 15 turns.

Can some mates explain to me please how the passive Everything is permitted works?
So if I have all assassins in one team, and everyone will contribute their damage when the passive trigger?
But seems I can only see either one of them trigger the passive when testing.

also veil wears off in attacks

  8. Jan Niedermeier

Hi, please do you know why my Ezio doesn’t apply a buff veil or a perfect veil to himself before each attack? Do I understand his passive ability full synchronization correctly or? Thank you for the answer.
