Skullcrown Review

Skullcrown is an Epic Attack Void affinity champion from the Knights Revenant faction in Raid Shadow Legends. She is revered as one of the most sought-after arena champions in the game for good reason. Her incredible raw damage output, combined with her exceptional abilities, make her an essential component of any high-level arena team.

Skullcrown’s [A1] ability is particularly well-suited for blender comps in the arena. It not only attacks all enemies, but also deals an additional hit if the target has over 50% HP. This ability, combined with her impressive damage potential, can be further enhanced with any books you give her. Fully booking her [A1] is essential to unlocking her full potential, allowing her to dominate the competition with ease.

But Skullcrown is more than just a damage dealer. Her [A3] ability grants her a [Unkillable] buff every time her HP drops below 20%, making her a formidable force on the battlefield. This combination of survivability, utility, and raw power makes her an indispensable hero in any high-level arena team.

Skullcrown’s reputation as one of the most powerful champions in Raid Shadow Legends is well-deserved. She is a hero who will help you achieve greatness and emerge victorious in any battle, whether you’re fighting in the arena or taking on challenging bosses in the game. If you’re lucky enough to have Skullcrown on your side, then you know that victory is within reach.

Skullcrown Champion Lore

To the minor acolytes in the Cult of K’Leth, the Knights Revenant portray themselves as stalwart guardians and virtuous warriors, battling to share the blessings of immortality regardless of rank. There are some, however, who do not bother with the theatrics. Among them is the woman now known only as the Skullcrown, a figure seen not as a noble savior, but as a harbinger of terror and death.

The adherents of K’Leth are sworn to secrecy regarding the organization. The nature of its rituals and the identity of its members are closely guarded, as are its military, political, and financial activities. The secrecy enforced on new members from the beginning is absolute, and it falls to the Skullcrown to ensure it is maintained.

The Skullcrown acts as judge, jury, and executioner. She enforces the internal laws of K’Leth unstintingly, hunting down those accused of even minor of infractions. This discipline does not extend to the actual Knights Revenant themselves — if ever the concept of a rule for one and one for another has held true, it is for the Cult of K’Leth and its deceitful hierarchy. With other members, however, the Skullcrown is merciless, and the mere thought of her taking interest in a particular follower or cult cell is enough to ensure obedience.

Few remember a time before the Skullcrown’s role as the cult’s grim enforcer. Once named Almira, she was the child of Ulrath, a Human necromancer. She served as her father’s apprentice and assistant, guarding a centuries-old Demonspawn skull that Ulrath used as a focus for many of his rituals. The cursed relic whispered to its owner, telling them of lies spoken in its presence. While Ulrath made advances in his work, the immortality he sought always came with a price. Even though he cheated age and disease, his body suffered, always lingering on death’s precipice. Almira, now a full-grown woman and a talented sorcerer of her own, grew sick of the rancid nature of most necromantic magics, of the endless festering cadavers and unquiet spirits. She yearned for what she thought of as a purer form of immortality, one that didn’t turn both the body and soul rotten down the ages.

The Cult of K’Leth was the answer to Almira’s quest. After discovering the shadowy organization and their soul transference, she swore herself to the organization, and stole her father’s Demonspawn skull and handed it to them to prove her loyalty. Quick-witted, she soon realized that only those at the top had the greatest chance of receiving new bodies. She began proving her worthiness by informing on her fellow cultists, exposing one who was selling soul gems as magical trinkets and another who often spoke far too publicly at the local tavern. She was not the first Knight Revenant to take such a route, but she quickly proved herself among the most ruthless. When another member of the Cult known for rooting out sedition, Markar, was himself exposed by Almira and executed for misusing his station, senior Knights Revenant chose to return her Demonspawn skull to her, after having it fashioned into a fearsome helm.

Aware of the importance of reputation, Almira renamed herself the Skullcrown, after her helm. Even since, she has worked tirelessly to ensure absolute loyalty toward the cult. Indeed, so fearsome has her reputation grown that rumors persist she is now the leader of a band of enforcers, garbed in identical armor with helms crafted in the likeness of the Demonspawn skull, enhancing the idea that she is everywhere at all times, forever ready to punish dissent.

  1. Shizukuishi

Now that the Fury set has been improved, would it be good on this champ?

  2. YoMommasBoy

If you’re going to use Retribution, why not also recommend a Retaliation set? The idea is to get her to pound her enemies with her a1, yes? 35% chance to go that every time an opponent hits her with an attack sounds like a sound plan.

  3. T J BOWMAN

I think stun set is great. Especially on that double hitting A1.

  4. *RINZLER*

@DarkraiGuy I am using her and her sister with Stun in the arena, she’s doing great everywhere, especially in doom tower.

  5. DarkraiGuy

I was just curious if it is actually a wise decision to put her in a stun set for arena? Is it viable and realistic?

@ShalokShalom, I understand your opinions perse, but to say it’s all disinformation, all while not providing any evidence or solution or alterior opinion it’s pretty sad that you would take the time to write something negative rather than something positive or productive, I think it’s great ayumilove has take the time to build this and provide this information to people, and they do it with a positive attitude among the people trying to attack, hurt or disrespect them. I am grateful for the work they do, and with 600+ toons now, it’s impossible to accurately keep up in real time, so again please keep your negativity to yourself or try to find some gratitude. I don’t know much about the religion your premoting by naming yourself after it, but it shows how extremely narcissistic and self righteous you are, and i’m pretty sure the Torah clearly expresses what your doing as heretical but its clear you have no idea what it says, nor how to implement it. Enjoy Shabbat as a charlatan and fraud.

Will the stun set artif trigger the harvest despair mastery?

  8. Newonboard

Why not put her in Stunset for all contest? This will speed up the waves as all attack are AoE.
    1x Stun + 1x Speed/Devine Speed orPrecision works awesome

@Thomas Fredriksen Berg: In the equipment guide section, when I refer to 2 Offense Set, it means 1 Offense Set has a pair of 2 Offense Artifacts, which gives it a total of 4 Offense Artifacts.

  10. Ayumilove Post author

@Man Tran: Savage Set is much better than Fury Set against enemies as it will ignore a large portion of their defenses that absorbed the damage that your Skullcrown inflicts. Fury Set is good against champions who have low defense or enemies who has 60% Decrease Defense debuff. To benefit from Fury Set, your champion needs to absorb a high amount of damage to get his/her HP low to deal extra damage from Fury Set.

  11. Thomas Fredriksen Berg

    Why does you have like
    2 offense artifacts
    2 life artifacts
    And then my question
    then there are 2
    empty slots and (you)
    put in:
    1 speed artifact
    1 c.damage artifact
You see then there are no just one of each not dobbel og 4 of the same ….to get the bonus you need to have multiple of the same artifacts…..so what happen if you just have one ???and are there some kind of combination that I dont see that will give me the bonus?

  12. AMP

Thank you Ayumilove. I took your suggestion of Avenging set on her since I never used it on anyone else so I had some great pieces. And suddenly I was able to get to gold in arena and get deep into the Doom Tower.

  13. Man Tran

What about fury set? I would like to try it on her but dk is it good or not.

  14. Tom

One of the best champs in the game and top tier epic not A rank in my opinion. She is in every team I have except clan boss and FK. All other 20 Dungeons. She is my 7 second brutal farmer and an awesome clearer of any dungeon and doom tower waves. Sinesha now makes none of my teams and pedma makes about 2 of them (both are A rank) compared to skullcrown who makes all baring two of my teams. If u get her she will change your account and she is alot of fun too

  15. Ayumilove Post author

@Verth: Skullcrown is kinda flexible and can be used in many areas. For example, if you are using her in Arena, you can use Retaliation Set and Avenging Set to allow her to deal as many attacks as possible while gearing her slow but high attack since she is protected by unkillable. She is also used to clear Dungeons and Faction Wars easily with Lifesteal Set, to heal up and counterattacks enemies with Retribution mastery. She can also be built with high damage and slow speed to speed farm Campaign Brutal 12-3 too. There are many possibilities for her 🙂

  16. Ayumilove Post author

@RICHARD: Yes, you can use the better version of the Artifact Set. For example, if the guide recommends Life Set, you could opt for Immortal Set if you have them from Clan Boss reward.

  17. RICHARD

Ayumilove – can you clarify something for me please? When a champ such as MS lists Offense Set in their equipment recommendation, that would also include sets such as Cruel and Divine Offense, right? Same for Life Set with sets such as Immortal and Divine Life. Thanks.

  18. Destroyer39

She deserves 5 star in faction and all Potion Dungeons, due to her unkillable buff on her passive, two AOE’s with her A1 one of them, and her Void Affinity which is then negative against nothing.

  19. Verth

@Ayumilove in Skullcrowns sets for Arena, it says “1 Critical Damage Set, 1 Offense Set” both these are 2 piece sets so is it just double up on one or the other as it doesn’t matter or is it better to stack one over the other, just trying to decide how to best build up my skull crown 🙂

  20. Deadonboard

@Tennessee850: You can only pull this champion from Void shards.

  21. Tennessee850

    Just a quick question.
Where is a good place to find skullcrown?

  22. Ayumilove Post author

@MiGiS: I have corrected Skullcrown’s speed. It was a typo.

  23. Ayumilove Post author

@DeadwoodJedi: I have corrected Skullcrown’s speed. It was a typo.

  24. Ayumilove Post author

    @danilo: Thanks! I have corrected Skullcrown’s typo Speed 196 to 96.

  25. Ayumilove Post author

@ShalokShalom: If I do not have any better champions for Clan Boss (Easy, Normal, Hard for Void Affinity 50% HP above) to deal high amount of damage with her A1 skill, I would bring her there until I get a better replacement. Not necessary all players have the best or suitable champions for Clan Boss at a certain point of time. You make use what you have available right now.

  26. ShalokShalom

She is not usable in early game?

And who would ever use her in Clanboss?

This page is so full of disinformation that it is really sad, since the collection of facts an its presentation is still the best in class.

  27. danilo

She has 96 of Speed, not 196… thanks for your work

  28. DeadwoodJedi

Is that speed right? 196 seems a tad high. Lol

  29. MiGiS

There might be little typo on the speed stat
