Also decreases the Turn Meters of all enemies by 25%. If an enemy is under 3 or more buffs, will decrease their Turn Meter by 40% instead.

Pontiff Augustin Champion Lore Synopsis
Augustin’s life began in hardship and neglect. His mother’s pregnancy was plagued by illness, and his father vanished before he was born. By the age of five, Augustin was sold to the K’Lethi Cult for a few coins, his mother claiming it was for his future when it was simply to rid herself of a burden. He grew up unwanted and unnoticed, which made him useful. As he reached his teenage years, the Cult ordered him to infiltrate the Sacred Order and pass on its secrets. Thin, quiet, and easily ignored, Augustin slipped into their ranks without suspicion.
He felt no loyalty to either side, yet he never resisted his path. Years passed as he wrote report after report for the Cult while serving the Sacred Order with empty devotion. Eventually, the Order sent him to the city of Velyzar as a missionary, praising it as a reward for his service. The Cult viewed it as a chance to spread their influence. Augustin accepted the assignment without question. From the moment he arrived, he loathed the city. The poor swarmed him for blessings, clutching his fine robes with filthy hands, smearing them with mud and blood. His bitterness grew daily, fuelled by resentment towards the city, his past, and everyone who had shaped his life.
Fate shifted in the crowded markets of Velyzar. Among piles of worthless trinkets, Augustin noticed a small golden flask with glowing blue eyes. It seemed to watch him, reaching into his thoughts and urging him closer. Without pause, he took the flask and drank its contents. Power surged through him, fierce and undeniable. For the first time, Augustin felt chosen. The flask promised purpose and demanded dominance, and he embraced both. He believed he was no longer meant to serve, but to rule.
Transformed by this power, Augustin shed his stained white robes and donned rich purple and black. He abandoned both the Sacred Order and the K’Lethi Cult, gathering followers from the desperate masses. In open streets, he performed miracles, healing wounds, granting fortune, and stirring hope. Crowds adored him, while the flask whispered secrets of ancient beings and hidden knowledge. Those who resisted his words faced brutal ends, torn apart by his loyal followers during fiery sermons. Mercy was reserved only for the faithful.
To protect his source of power, Augustin ordered copies of the flask made as decoys. The true artefact never left his side, guiding his rise among Velyzar’s elite through deceit and bloodshed. Neither the Knights Revenant nor the Sacred Order dared act against him, fearing chaos if he fell. Now crowned Pontiff by his own decree, Augustin stands untouchable. For the first time, the abandoned child commands fear, worship, and absolute power, convinced nothing in Teleria can ever take it from him.
