Upon acquiring the Extra Legendary Champion, the event will conclude for you. Please note that each player is limited to one extra Legendary Champion for this specific event. However, bear in mind that the Extra Champion will not be counted towards Quests, Events, or Tournaments. Points will only be awarded for summoning the initial Legendary Champion.
