@kazakore: Uncommon and Common champions uses a different rating matrix as mentioned in https://ayumilove.net/raid-shadow-legends-list-of-champions-by-ranking/ as they have lesser skill capabilities compared to a Rare, Epic and Legendary.
If your review states he’s fodder for upgrading other champions why have you graded him as a B class Uncommon champion?
