Should an adversary boast an attack power dwarfing their defense, they find themselves ensnared in icy binds, while those defensively inclined ignite in searing flames. Prefacing this spectacle with a symphony of debuffs, such as the crowd-pleasing AOE Decrease Attack or the classic Decrease Defence, ensures the audience — I mean, enemies — receive the performance they least expect but most certainly deserve. Devour All Hope
Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 30% chance of decreasing the duration of 1 random buff if the target is under a [HP Burn] debuff. Also has a 30% chance of decreasing the target’s Turn Meter by 15% if they are under a [Freeze] debuff.

Achack and Mordecai can do it by themselves with the right gear, so you’re good. If you have those two at lower levels, add something like Scyl and Bellower in Stun gear, and Apothecary. That should carry you quite a ways forward, or Scyl, Bellower, ColdHeart. You’ll see. Graal may not be the right thing for you there (yet) compared to the others I just mentioned.
I just pulled AW and Mordecai been sitting on Graal and stuck on spider 13 so maybe not anymore
I am about to try that, few days after I build graal a little bit. The reason why is because I have Achak and Mordecai and they do just fine… I added Erinyes but she doesn’t do her trick right on auto. The short answer is, I expect it will improve your time a little bit.
Anyone tell me how well crypt king Graal Mordecai and AW would match up for spider freezer burn set up
Is Achak and Venus good enough for HP Burn and Freeze Tactic on Spider?
Or should i better use another HP Burn hero?

Drexthar Bloodtwin and AW are a match. Stack speed and hp on AW to allow Drex to have a nice health pool along with high def and these two can almost do spider 20 themselves. I was stuck on 17 being a 100% team and got AW and bought Drex from gold bars merchant. Once maxed out had to manual 18 and 19 to get to 20 with them. 20 I used Dracos for some shields and heal. Psylar and Stag for control and attack down. Put Psy in stun for both turn meter and cc. I am not a whale and it is more important for me to have 100% teams then have speed teams. But AW with turn meter and heals on passive make this a crazy easy spider 20 and 2:15 avg time without any of the big hitters.

In case anyone is wondering, I tested having multiple Achaks on the same team, and it resulted in stacking passives.

@Clota I’m sorry to point this out but I thought you should know that accuracy is the stat that you need to apply debuffs. If it’s not high enough, your target will resist everything, not just HP Burn. This is with every single champion.
Just a heads up. You have not yet added this guy to the list of epic champions who place an aoe block debuffs.

@DBot93 – yeah I can’t do it either, I used Oathbound to put the big atk- and tried it twice, achak froze ’em both times. I have to go watch HH video again, maybe it is bass ackwards.
DBot93, i tried to apply HP burn to spiderlings but it seems that is not possible. I put -50% Atk AOE Debuff on them first, and then, Achak used his ability but freezed again. I’m not sure if it occurs because of the spiderling’s extremly high atk, or because of the ability uses base ATK and DEF to apply the debuff. 🙁
@Dan – I saw Hell Hades do it on video, I haven’t tried it yet, messes up my team composition to put just an ATK- guy
Did anyone managed to place HP burn by deacreasing the spiderlings ATK?
I experimented with him to my spider-20 team… he consistently shaved more than a minute off my run time. My runs are now consistently close to 1 minute 38 seconds…
My Achak has 215 speed, 197 accuracy, level 54 atm.
I really dig this guy a LOT. He’s also pushed my FW team to 3* the levels I haven’t yet, and boosted me a couple more FW levels. I’m at 18 with demons now, getting close!

On Spider 19 – the spider keeps saying “Debuff Blocked” which make me think he’s trying to get the Freeze placed. I thought it would be Freeze on spiderlings and HP Burn on boss?! Confused!
Fearsome Presence would not be a decent mastery for this dude?
Quick note on Achak : for spider he is of weak affinity for spider 20 so he will land his debuff not so often.
On spiderling his a3 freeze which is awesome, good combo with another HP burner. You will get the heal and turn booster.
Just tested it, Achak place freeze on the spiderlings from his a3, however note that he is of week affinity so he will fail quite a lot.

Not done building mine yet, but I took him for a test-drive in spider 7 10 and 14. It does the freeze with a lot of damage on the spiderlings so far. I don’t know the right way to do this yet but it seems fairly promising with this guy.
