Rez the Chem-Ops is a SSS Support hero from the Terran faction in Eternal Evolution. He specializes in energy manipulation. Rez can instantly refill an ally’s energy capacity to the max, so they can immediately cast their ultimate! Apart from that, he can reduce the enemy’s energy, slowing them from using their ultimate ability against your team! Rez is essential for early-mid-game players to boost your only 1 primary damage dealer when you do not have many heroes on your account.
Rez injects stimulants into the ally to restore the target ally’s energy to the upper limit. The more energy the teammates recover, the more energy he consumes. At least 500 energy will be consumed.
Rez will first select the same-row ally, the target changing to the ally with the highest attack when the same-row ally is out of his range.
Level 2: Lowest energy cost is reduced to 450.
Level 3: Lowest energy cost is reduced to 400.
Level 4: Lowest energy cost is reduced to 350. (Commander Boost)
Level 5: Lowest energy cost is reduced to 300. (Commander Boost)
Talent Effect: After energy is restored, the target ally also increases ATK by 25% for 4 seconds.

Every 5 secs, Rez rolls towards the flank and shoots the targets of same-row allies 1 time, dealing 160% ATK DMG. When Rez starts rolling, he removes all debuffs on him and becomes immune to DMG. If there are no same-row allies, he attacks the targets of the ally with the highest ATK instead.
Level 2: DMG increased to 176% of ATK.
Level 3: DMG increased to 194% of ATK.
