Dota2 AlchemistDotA2 Alchemist (Razzil Darkbrew): The sacred science of Chymistry was a Darkbrew family tradition, but no Darkbrew had ever shown the kind of creativity, ambition, and recklessness of young Razzil. However, when adulthood came calling he pushed aside the family trade to try his hand at manufacturing gold through Alchemy. In an act of audacity befitting his reputation, Razzil announced he would transmute an entire mountain into gold. Following two decades of research and spending and preparation, he failed spectacularly, quickly finding himself imprisoned for the widespread destruction his experiment wrought. Yet Razzil was never one to take a setback lightly, and sought escape to continue his research. When his new cellmate turned out to be a fierce ogre, he found just the opportunity he needed. After convincing the ogre not to eat him, Razzil set about carefully concocting a tincture for it to drink, made from the molds and mosses growing in the prison stone work. In a week’s time, it seemed ready. When the ogre drank the potion, it flew into an unstoppable berserker rage, destroying the cell bars and exploding through walls and guards alike. They soon found themselves lost somewhere in the forest surrounding the city with a trail of wreckage in their wake and no signs of pursuit. In the tonic’s afterglow, the ogre seemed serene, happy, and even eager. Resolving to work together, the pair set off to collect the materials needed to attempt Razzil’s alchemical transmutation once more.

Sprays high-pressure acid across a target area. Enemy units who step across the contaminated terrain take composite damage per second and have their armor reduced.

  • The armor reduction is provided by an aura. Its debuff lingers for 0.5 seconds.
  • Fully affects ancient creeps. Reduces armor on siege creeps, but does not damage them.
  • Deals damage in 1 second intervals, starting 1 second after receiving the debuff, resulting in up to 16 instance.
  • Can deal up to 192 / 256 / 320 / 384 damage to a single unit (before reductions).
  • Acid Spray damage is not reduced by damage block abilities.
Unstable Concoction Unstable Concoction (Active)
Targetting Method: Unit | Allowed Targets: Enemy Heroes
Alchemist brews up an unstable concoction that he can throw at an enemy hero, to stun and deal damage. The longer the concoction brews, the more damage it deals and the longer the target is stunned. After 5 seconds, the brew reaches its maximum damage and stun time. However, after 5.5 seconds, the concoction will explode on Alchemist himself if not thrown.

  • Has an instant cast time, but cancels Alchemist’s channeling spells upon cast.
  • A timer above Alchemist’s head shows how much time is left before the Concoction blows up. This timer is visible to Allies and Enemies.
  • The brewing animation and particles are visible to everyone. The sound can be heard by enemies only when the spell was casted within their vision range.
  • Unstable Concoction always affects a 175 area around where it explodes, including when it explodes on Alchemist.
  • While brewing the concoction, Alchemist can still move around and take action.
  • Alchemist can deny himself with this ability.
  • Unstable Concoction countdown can be seen by enemies.

Throw it before it blows up! The skill level of Throw Unstable Concoction is synchronized with Unstable Concoction.

  • The concoction travels at a speed of 900 and cannot be disjointed.
  • Once thrown, Unstable Concoction stops brewing.
  • Can only be thrown to heroes or illusions. The area damage does not hit creeps.
  • Can’t be thrown to, but does damage and stun Lone Druid’s Spirit Bear, Warlock’s Golems and Storm and Fire from Primal Split.
  • Connecting with an invulnerable or hidden target will completely nullify the concoction, including the aoe stun and damage.
  • The concoction has 400 radius flying vision.
Greevil's Greed Greevil’s Greed (Passive)

Alchemist synthesizes additional gold from his enemies. With each kill, Alchemist earns base bonus gold and extra bonus gold. If Alchemist kills another unit which yields gold within the next 30 seconds, an additional instance of Extra Bonus Gold is added to the total.

  • Greevil’s Greed triggers on every last hit Alchemist makes, excluding last hits on allies, illusion and Power Cogs.
  • Each stacks work fully independent from each other. They last 30 seconds each and do not refresh each other.
  • Alchemist himself has to last hit to gain a stack, making last hits with other owned units does not add to his current stack.
  • The status buff icon shows how much extra gold Alchemist will gain on the next last hit he does.
  • Upon last hitting, a second gold bounty number appears over Alchemist, showing the amount of extra gold earned. This number is only visible to Alchemist.
  • Greevil’s Greed gives 4x gold bounty for runes.

  • Has an instant cast time and disjoints projectiles upon cast.
  • Increases Alchemist’s total movement speed to 325 / 335 / 355, health regeneration to 50.25 / 75.25 / 100.25 and mana regeneration to 3.01 / 7.51 / 12.01.
  • Since it increases the hero’s base health and mana regeneration, they are fully affected by percentage increment and decrements.
  • Regenerates a total of 1250 / 1875 / 2500 health and 75 / 187.5 / 300 mana (Reduced by the mana cost of the ability).
  • Net Mana Gain (Normal) (+0%): 25 / 87.5 / 150
  • Net Mana Gain ( Sage’s Mask) (+50%): 62.5 / 181.25 / 300
