I am unsure the 1star all over. This was one of my first Cham did the had hitting and high HP. Being level 60 with few other Chams, all have near the same levels gears. It still quite good on both damage and on high HP.
@RogerShrubbington you are the best. Put my vote down #JusticeForSlasher. I kept him and lovingly upgraded and used him and you were right. He is a good little guy.
Looking at Index in game their C.DMG is listed at 57%
is he really still only F-tier??.. he seems so strong (too long CDs?)

I am puzzled, how can his usability be Early-Mid-Late Game, whereas he has the lowest scores everywhere?
I mean I like his color scheme, too bad he’s no good.

I forgot to mention in my previous comment that I do, in fact, require a guide on the artifacts and masteries of this particular champion. Thank you in advance.
Slasher was sort of the champion that was my reward for the whole sponsorship link deal that gives you a free champion upon starting the game, and I decided to take him in and train him, and since then, he has become the most powerful and effective champion on my team, now being at Rank 5, level 50, and ascended as much as possible, the lad shreds everything in his path. Despite him being considered as “food,” I am going to give him the best build that I possibly can, and also I plan to eventually give him a full set of Legendary, Rank 6 gear that is designed to boost him as much as possible.
It is just so sad to see him so unfairly rejected… I mean, he looks badass(not as badass as Skink, though(I also plan to eventually obtain and max out Skink in the same way as I am doing with Slasher)), and he should be treated a bit more lovingly…
