Rowan Damage Dealer Build
Here is Rowan artifacts and masteries by Ayumilove, optimized for Dungeon and Faction Wars. Rowan is equipped in Stalwart Set and Fatal Set. Stalwart Set reduces the AoE damage intake inflicted by enemies by 30%, while Fatal Set provides additional Attack and Critical Rate stats. The stats to prioritize on Rowan are Attack, Critical Rate, Critical Damage, Speed and Accuracy. Accuracy is required if you need her to be able to apply Poison debuff, Stun and Heal Reduction. These debuffs are useful to counter against Fire Knight boss. 200~225 Accuracy is sufficient for all Dungeon and Faction War stages. It’s recommended to have 200+ Speed stat as it will boost her damage on her default attack and enable her to take 2 turns of the enemy single turn in Dungeons and Faction Wars. Having a high amount of Attack (3 times of her base Attack), 100% Critical Rate (to deal consistent Critical hits), and +200% Critical Damage enables her to deal high amount of damage to a single-target! If you plan to use her in other areas such as Clan Boss, you could equip her in Lifesteal Set instead and prioritize more defense stats for survivability, as her main damage will be her Poison Debuff!

I find her, at least in earlier game, to actually be a good opponent for ultimate deathknight with her block heal, stuns, and poisons.
I’ve noticed when you put Rowan in cb with someone who has poison sensitivity her damage dealt is incredibly high. Would putting toxic on her make her more suitable for cb?
In terms of poison damage Rowan is clearly superior to Kael: 80% 5% poison x4 on 3 turns cooldown VS 55% 5% poison x 4 4 turns cooldown.
Booked Rowan is 5 star for clan boss as the slowboi of a budget unkillable team, better choice than most (including Kael) at this role. Even compared to Aothar, she does less poison damage to Void/Force/Magic, but more poison damage to Spirit, and will not be ignored by Magic boss for being strong affinity. With Painkeeper she does 4 hits and 3 hits attack every clanboss rotations + giant slayer
I am using Rowan ATM with 200 speed, which is a thing that you want to have him, cause more speed=higher dmg from A1.
In additional you need him to have high ACC & lifesteal to hold for a long.
I am currently running him with Perception&Lifesteal set.
Main stats on boots=Speed & Gloves=Crit rate.
Substats: Speed, Atk, Atk%, Crit and if not having this then go hp/crit dmg(if your chance to land crit is high enough), Acc is fine to have to for bosses, but not that great on waves.
Fingers&Neck I use hp+atk.
Even masteries I have a bit different then posted onces… :/
He is extremly situationial and I prefer to rush of combo Valkyrie, Miscreated Monster, Rector Drath and he is on from my hitters.

Kael has more defense, which reduces incoming damage before it reduces the HP. Moreover, Kael’s A1 applies Poison 2.5% debuff while the Poison 5% is on cooldown. Rowan adds a Heal Reduction debuff on Clan Boss which wastes 1 debuff slot. Clan Boss has a limit of 10 debuffs and adding unnecessary debuff on Clan Boss instead of more Poison debuff just wastes the potential damage to be inflicted. Rowan A3 Blade Surge skill only has a 65% chance to apply Poison debuff instead of 75%.

I`ve wanted to lvl him up for spirit keep but now i`ve noticed he has only 50% heal reduction on A1. Did something changed?

I disagree with clan boss. She has 75% chance to place 4 poisons on 4 turn cool down. Way better than kael. With giant Slayer she has 3 hit and four hit moves. So really good.
