Ascend, lvl and skill this guy up.
I have built mine to level 50 because he is cheap and easy to build, his multipliers are top-tier for single target and AOE skills, and because he’s spirit (great against force champs). I currently have him in 2x Cruel and one Immortal (for crit rate and damage stats) and a one or two tier 3 masteries. With ATK increase buff and DEF down debuff, he can crit for 30-35K, which is almost as high as my level 50 Bloodgorged. Right now I don’t have 100% crit rate, so he’s inconsistent, but with 100% crit, I would build him out completely, mainly because I don’t really have a spirit attack-based damage dealer.
wow Madlad is right. Just made this guy, i’m seeing harder hits from him then from my kael, and my Kael is 4 star, and my outrider is 3 star. Kael attack 1100 or so, and outrider only about 800 because he isn’t a 4 star yet. Still shocked to see 9859 damage from his A2, where Kael only doing 7600 on his A2. His other skills do very nice damage too.
I need to say 1 more thing, he is very easy to skill up since Dreadlands is very easy to farm and it’s where you should farm for maiden skillups.
Max him out guys, you won’t regret it, this guy is a hidden beast, I’m lv 36 and still using him in my arena and campaign or bosses. that stat is broken
Hell Hades just found out that the data on this guy puts him as a TOP tier AOE nuker! He took him to Gold IV arena, and put him up against a team with over 200k power. Outrider hit everyone for over 100k across the board! 😀

@Riceaxe: Thanks for your input! Outrider has high damage multiplier that enables him to inflict high damage against enemies.
@Georgi Peev: I’m currently updating all the champion’s pages with the Doom Tower rating. It will take awhile to cover all of them as there are over 500 champions in the game. Apart from that, I’m currently working on site maintenance to ensure its working smoothly for all visitors. I have added Outrider’s Doom Tower ratings here based on his skill kit. He has high damage multiplier, which will be quite useful in dealing high amount of damage and reducing enemies MAX HP especially on the Scarab King.
What kind of rating would you give him for the Scarab King in the Doom tower? I know you had said that you are still adding those Doom Tower ratings, but I already saw that you have added them for the common champions, also for some of the uncommon ones, sooo have you forgotten this guy?
His A2 and A3 hit suprisingly hard.
i´d ignore ACC as a stat on him.
His speed and defence are quiet high for an uncommon.
Would I be a Whale I´d max him out just to see what Dmg he can do
