Prepare yourself for the most exhilarating challenge yet in Raid: Shadow Legends — the Odin Event Dungeon! Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a newer player, this dungeon is designed to push your strategic limits and reward you with some game-changing loot. The Odin Event Dungeon is available from August 21st to October 24th of 2024, as part of the Asgard Divide event. This limited-time dungeon is your only opportunity to obtain the highly coveted Pinpoint artifact set, which has the potential to reshape the arena meta. Pinpoint is the newly released artifact set farmable during the new event dungeon! It boosts the champion’s both Accuracy and Speed stats significantly while providing 4 stacks of Intercept buff to counter any debuffs inflicted by the enemy.
Dungeon Structure: A Towering Challenge
Spanning 30 stages, the Odin Event Dungeon offers a difficulty curve that’s as steep as it is thrilling. The higher you climb, the tougher the battles become, with Odin and his ever-growing roster of allies presenting a formidable challenge. As you ascend through the stages, Odin’s health and damage output increase dramatically. By the time you reach stage 30, you’re dealing with a boss whose difficulty rivals that of Sand Devil Stage 25 or Iron Twins Stage 15.
Odin Stages Breakdown
- Stage 1: Odin starts at level 7, fighting solo with no allies. This is your chance to get familiar with the boss mechanics.
- Stage 10: By this stage, Odin is level 85, joined by Apothecary and Marked, signaling the start of more complex encounters.
- Stage 20: Odin reaches level 280, supported by High Khatun, Atur, Kallia, and Aeila Lifebraid, making for a significantly tougher fight.
- Stage 25: Now level 350 and 3-star awakened, Odin is joined by a powerful team including Raf-Matab, Elder Skarg, Scyl of the Drakes, and Yakarl the Scourge.
- Stage 30: The final showdown sees Odin at level 350, 6-star awakened, equipped with the fearsome Lightning Cage and Temporal Chains, and supported by Ursuga Warcaller, Turvold, Valkyrie, and Dune Lord Greggor.
Understanding Odin: The Boss Mechanics
To conquer the Odin Event Dungeon, you need to master the mechanics of the boss fight:
Odin Unique Skills
- Odin’s Passive: Every 9 turns, Odin triggers a Block Damage buff and spreads all his buffs to his team. Since it counts every turn from every champion, you’ll want a Block Buffs champion to prevent this from slowing your run to a crawl.
- Odin’s A2: This devastating move removes all your buffs and applies Decrease Defense and Stun to your entire team. Counter it with Increase Resistance, Remove Debuffs aka Cleansing abilities, or a Protection set on a champion with Block Debuffs.
- Temporal Chains Blessing (Stage 25+): From stage 25 onwards, Odin’s Temporal Chains blessing drastically reduces your team’s speed and even pushes back your turn meter on stage 30. Speed management and careful buff timing become essential at this point.
- Thankfully, not all of Odin’s abilities are equally threatening: A1 and A3: While Odin’s A1 and A3 aren’t as dangerous, watch out for the A3’s ability to revive an ally if it kills one of your champions.
Odin Faefather and Minions Stats
To successfully land a debuff on Odin or his minions, your champion’s Accuracy must exceed their Resistance by at least 25 points. In Odin’s Event Dungeon, Stage 30, this means your champion needs a minimum of 500 Accuracy (475 Enemy Base Resistance + 25 buffer) to reliably bypass their resistance. Conversely, to resist enemy debuffs, your champion needs 105 more Resistance than the enemy’s Accuracy. For example, if the enemies on Stage 30 have 510 base Accuracy, your champion must have at least 615 Resistance to withstand their debuffs!

Odin Strategy Guide
Tackling the Minions: Managing Crowd Control
Odin doesn’t fight alone. As you progress through the dungeon, tougher and more dangerous minions will join the fray, many with crowd control abilities that can turn the tide against you. Champions with Stuns, Block Active Skills abilities, and other crowd control skills are crucial to neutralize these threats and keep the focus on Odin.
Taking the Lead: Attack enemy first
As you ascend to higher difficulty stages, you’ll face enemies with significantly boosted stats, including increased speed. This means your damage-dealing champions might struggle to strike first, as the enemies’ base speed surpasses yours. To tackle this challenge, enlist a support champion who can boost your allies’ turn meters while reducing the enemies’ turn meters, ensuring your team gets the upper hand before the enemy can unleash their devastating attacks. Additionally, maintain a swift pace by including support champions who can provide an Increase Speed buff to keep your champions ahead in the turn order.
Boss Immunities and Strategies
In the Event Dungeon, Odin closely mirrors his summonable counterpart, but with one key difference: he has boss-level immunities. He’s immune to Crowd Control, turn-meter manipulation, and Decrease Speed effects, and he has capped Enemy Max HP damage. These immunities require you to adapt your strategies and find new ways to bring Odin down. Additionally, Odin possesses a unique passive skill that auto-buffs himself with a Block Damage buff every 9 turns taken by any champion on the battlefield. To counter this irritating Block Damage buff, bring a champion who can inflict Block Buffs, preventing Odin from being shielded and speeding up your dungeon run.
Reward: The Game-Changing Pinpoint Set
Conquering this dungeon isn’t just about the bragging rights—it’s your only chance to obtain the new Pinpoint set. This powerful set has the potential to shake up the arena meta, making it a must-have for any serious player.
Final Thoughts: A True Test of Skill
The Odin Event Dungeon is designed to be a test of both your skill and your roster. With its escalating difficulty and complex mechanics, it’s a challenge that will keep even the most experienced players on their toes. Stage 30, in particular, is a grueling battle that will require the best of your team’s abilities, from accuracy to timing. Remember, this dungeon is only available until October 24th, so make sure to dive in, experiment with your strategies, and claim the rewards that await those who can conquer Odin! Good luck!
