Well mine is 5 star, and I’m surprised by its ranking for Scarab king. He is amazing there. Not only does he steals 2 of scarab’s healing buffs but he then but this block buff debuff and scarab becomes a piece of cake.
I’m still using it in magic keep too

He needs accuracy to remove 2 random buffs so this is misleading.They should change it to a percentage like stated for Ogryn Jailer. I am mid-game so wondering if I should build Mystic Hand and/or Ogryn Jailer to handle end game Magic or Arcane Keeps. Does the HP equalize the lowest ally to the average HP of the team?

His A3 is said to “equalize the HP levels”. But what is the reference ? The lowest or the highest HP level ? The absolute value fo HP or HP percentage (e.g current HP/HPMAX) ?
This is not clearly said in the skill description.

Got my Mystic Hand to 5*, ascended, with 2xSpeed and 1xAttack gear, ACC 106. In Magic Keep level 15 (Auto Play) he immediately steals the shield, and then it is a piece of cake.

He’s not that bad, specialized on dealing with buffs.
Aside of that, there’s only 5 Force DEs, counting rares, epics and legendaries, and the other Force (rare) is Steel Bowier, who absolutely sucks.
So, for Faction Wars, he becomes really useful, as it helps beating Magic opponents, deals with most pesky enemy buffs, and also has a decent healing skill for support.
Not sure about his A1 30%… seems more like 50-60% (unbooked) as it tends to place it really often, like 3-4 out of 5 times, at least in my case.

Quick tip for those that end up here trying to figure out Magic Keep 13 (on auto, for Mission): Magic Hand is awesome for this (and as far as I can tell, only for this) and you don’t need to level him up too much either. I had him at level 30, 3* (ascended to improve heal). Put him in gear with enough accuracy to use his A2 effectively, so at like 60 this did NOT land but at around 70+ it did land. None of the rest of the gear matters, because if he gets hit before he steals the shield he dies anyway. If he’s on a team that can kill the first 2 waves without him having to take a turn, then you end up getting the chance to steal the shield which entirely covers his health bar. He can take any amount of hits at that point. You need enough speed to get your A2 fired once inside, but not so much that you’re blowing it too early on one of the first two waves.

Both Mystic Hand and Ogryn Jailer are rated ★★★★★ in Magic Keep, and OJ has definitely been doing the job for me, but Mystic Hand is an upgrade in most situations, including Magic Keep, right?
