Mistress of Hymns Storyline
A Sacred Order Commandery marching to war is always a grandiose affair. Rows upon rows of Knights and soldiery kneel beneath the fluttering banners, chanting mighty vows of obedience and valour in the Old Tongue. Oftentimes, a liturgy is held to praise the Goddess of Light and ask for Her protection. Such ceremonies require a choir, as it is well-known the harmony of music is pleasing to Lumaya. The lead singer must always be female – in honour of the Goddess – and her duties do not end with conducting peaceful prayer alone. Not even the clamour of battle is enough to silence the Word of Lumaya, and it is the Mistress of Hymns who bolsters the faithful by example and by song. Such is the power of her voice and the purity of her faith, that Champions find their resolve strengthened and their wounds fading away under Lumaya’s gaze. Not even death is enough to extinguish the flames of hope. When all seems lost and need is greatest, the Hymn of Rebirth booms across the battlefield, calling the fallen back to life. Shielded from the enemy’s eyes by blinding light, they may recover and join the fray once more.

Loving the flawless execution, curing, crit damage set, pushing the clan to rank up so I can get the crit damage speed set from the cvc/clan shop. Take everything to make her A1, I have catacomb counsellor and all possible counter attack masteries. She’s got nice HP pretty solid spread ATK DEF, so easy to keep alive. Curing is the must though if you can get the crit damage high enough, she scales well with better gear so not worth it to slap one together, really gotta commit with your best of the best crit damage curing stuff.

You have to ascend 3 stars before she can revive.
It appears my Mistress of Hymns revive does not work at level 1, anyone else experiencing that? Once ascended she revives and veils, but she should be able to revive without ascending right?
She is good but not amazing. Unlike the build shown here I like to build her crit rate and crit damage. getting her to 180 crit results to 20-30k crits. And I have armor chestaplate as i haven’t find a good atc% piece, for some reason it dosen’t want to drop. I gess that with 6* equipment 2 crit sets and 1 crit damage, crit rate ring and crit damage necklace around 230 crit can reach possibly 50-60k with the ability and around 30k with the attack consistant damage, maybe more. she may be able to oneshot people. One example is that she can carry the damage dealing position to golem stage 11. Probably if you build a good support team she can carry the stage 15 too. Now she can farm 5* legendary equipment for her and others. Though there are better options for damage dealers for me that I don’t have good spirit damage characters and characters in general she can fit in the damage dealer role while healing a bit for spirit needed stages. her healing is fine but yet again not great. The attack ability heals for 1.5-3k with my current stats and if you have 100% crit rate you sure to land critical and ensure the buffs. Though sadly you cannot control where the heal goes to and sometimes you might even lose the fight beacuse she doesn’t heal the carry and dies. Basically she does both damage and healing but excels at none. I have her fully booked and I questioning my self why I have done that but now that I have invested to her so much time, energy, books and materials I am whiling to see her at full potentional. I will update here when I have finally put literally anything to her.

Just to make it clear:
If you 6* her, and give her a Lifedrinking set and Warmaster thinking “hey, huge damage to heal comrades!”, then no, it doesn’t works.
Lifedrinker set DOES huge heal bassed off Warmaster extra damage.
Her A1 still heals an ally as usual, not based off Warmaster.
So:
she hits the boss
does regular damage
then bonus WM damage
she heals herself for both of them (huge healing)
and then she heals an ally by the regular attack, NOT counting WM damage.
It would have been incredibly good, but nope *sadface*
Still, is not a bad idea to go that route, since she keeps herself alive for a long time, making her A3 very useful, and since she’ll get hig-crits, she keeps doing some decent damage.
@Maxie: The Curing Set aka Healing Set is not worth equipping on her since its been tested that having her equipped with Offense Set, Savage Set or Cruel Set allows her to deal higher damage and healing at the same time.
@Matthias Schuster: I’m referring to healing others using her A1 passive skill that heals allies 15% damage inflicted from her A1 skill, not healing herself with Leech debuff, Lifedrinker Mastery nor Lifesteal Set.

Is the Healing Set worth equipping to her for the bonus heal effect or is it better to focus on upping her Attack to make her heals better?

That is not true. The leech buff also scales from Warmaster/Giant Slayer and gets a buff from 10% to 18% soon.
Hymn is working fine for me! I’ll post something on Youtube after I play around with her a bit.

@Monkey: Mistress of Hymns does not heal based from Warmaster damage. This same applies to all skills for all champions. The only way to heal from Warmaster damage is through equipping Lifesteal Set or having Life Drinker Mastery from the Offense Mastery Tree.
Does her A1 heal count damage from Warmaster? She’s so underwhelming as an epic support that I feel like that is really the only thing that would make her viable. Maybe she’s secretly top tier CB pick?
