I put this guy in three sets of divine gear so that he starts with a fairly hefty shield to increase his chances of hitting the enemy with a fully powered Death Warrant.

Or is it without because the 75% with full hp changes end dmg like after crit/c.dmg, masteries and such? Well thanks for all your time and work on the best raid site ever!

If without, does that essentially make it 12.25 multiplier with full hp? Or does it change the end result dmg after crit/c.dmg, masteries and such? He hits very hard but Plarium needs to fix his $#@! AI. He will not use his A3 against dungeon bosses.
With the change to Leech, do you think his rating has increased for CB for example? Secondly, since he brings leech and weaken shouldn’t the support tree be looked at instead of defense? Love the tier lists, thanks for all your work.

Someone with such an aura and the ability to take out dangerous minions in the waves deserves more than 1 star
Also, leech scales with warmaster/giant slayer, so can heal a lot.
His damage multipler is insane and ignores 30% by default, meaning with Savage and Helmsmasher this goes up to 80% on an A1
I’ve had really good results with this guy in relentless/speed sets. He’s one of my heaviest hitters (which might just mean I’m not using the rest of my guys properly). So he’s an essential on my clan boss, spiders, and dragon teams. I’m surprised he’s not rated higher.
May I know if this rating is updated? I really feel bad because when I see this only in rank C.
