Kallia Review

Kallia is an Epic Attack Force affinity champion from the Barbarians faction in Raid Shadow Legends. Adorned in high heels and armed with hammers, she fearlessly crushes her enemies alongside her fellow Barbarian clans. Despite having a partner in crime in Atur, the benefits of pairing them are limited to a mere bit of healing for Kallia, while Atur remains immune to crowd control, which may not justify the use of two champion slots. However, as a standalone champion, Kallia is considered an average to decent Epic champion.

Her A2 skill delivers a powerful AoE attack that can inflict Heal Reduction, although this debuff is generally considered to be of low value. Additionally, her A3 and A1 skills apply HP burns, which can be advantageous in boss fights, particularly against the Hydra. In Patch 5.50, Kallia received some buffs that have increased her damage output and improved her reliability in landing debuffs, making her a viable nuker for the Arena and potentially useful against the Hydra. However, her base defensive stats may pose a challenge in keeping her alive.

Although these changes represent a step forward, they fall short of being groundbreaking and instead reflect incremental improvements to enhance Kallia’s abilities. As a result, once you acquire stronger champions in your account, you may consider replacing her to excel in that specific area.

Kallia Storyline

Even those that live the lives full of hardship and primal strife among the Barbarian tribes are not immune to love. Atur, one of the mightiest warriors of his tribe, has always been a vain and arrogant man. He had every right to be proud, of course, for none could face him in a battle of equals and walk away victorious. None, until he met Kallia, whose prowess and ability to fly into relentless fury are as immense as her beauty. Neither of them truly remembers what sparked the conflict between them, both will, of course, blame their other half. Regardless of the truth of the matter, an argument went out of control, and a battle of words, in which even Atur himself admits he took a thorough thrashing, turned to fisticuffs. Here, their passion for a fight was evenly matched and soon turned to passion for each other. Though Barbarians are not exactly sophisticated, if not outright crude, by the standards of Kaerok or Aravia, Atur’s and Kallia’s relationship still blossomed into something sweet and loving… in its own way. It is certainly as strong as the mountains that surround their home, and as wild as the sandstorms that sweep the Deadlands.

@ Michael Lockwood, hi Michael – props for your helpful advice on how to gear Kallia up! I unexpectedly managed to pull her late last night after a long hard day of grind (with a single ancient shard, no less). At any rate, after i got up today, I decided to put her in both Retaliation, Accuracy & Cruel sets, paired her up with Ronda & Outrider (both 6* & maxed out) and then had her do repeat trials of Stage 7 of the Hallowed Halls on Brutal… And despite being only 4* sub-30th lvl, she faired really well, managing to deal appreciable damage (taking into account her level), with her debuffs sticking most of the time. Btw, I should mention that I did buy her the full set of mastery scrolls so she obviously had a big leg up having the full masteries up to and including Tier 4 (I did differ with Ayumi on some of her recommended mastery selections, but no matter). At any rate, she is now at LVL 40 (4*) & am looking forward to 5-starring this champ in the next few days… Thanks again, Michael, for your very helpful advice

  2. Michael Lockwood

I would recommend a Retaliation set on her. Having an HP Burn as a default A1 is just begging to be used in out-of-turn damage. Putting a Perception or Accuracy set on to increase ACC should make that HP Burn change increase to something worthwhile.

  3. Alizarin Knight

She’s a valuable burner in hydra. Should prob get a better hydra rating than she currently does. Not great all round, but very handy in hydra.

  4. Shizukuishi

@NewOnBoarf, a single target cannot have more than 1 HP burn on it. Though that would be epic if she could place multiple HP burns on a single target… Unfortunately, HP is not like a bomb or poison.

  5. NewOnBoarf

Do I see right? Her A3 has the potential to set 3 hp burn ?
Every hit…so in best case 3 HP Burn on ClanBoss???

  6. General Dru Zon

    @ Gustav

No, she is not 5* at frost spider. There are better single-target Epic HP burn champs out there with a 100% chance for Sorath such as Geo, Gorlos, and Juliana. Heck, some rares such as Coffin Smasher and Bulwark are better. You don’t want a 40% chance against Sorath, he self-revives if you kill him without hp burn.

  7. dark_saber

    Any news since buff?

  8. Dark_saber

I just don’t get it. I have a level 40 Kallia I am sitting on because of the negativity. But Kael is acknowledged as a serviceable arena nuker. 1200 attack with 3.6 multiplier on his aoe. With 1597 base attack and a 3.5 multiplier, her aoe should be stroking! What am I missing? And great base speed!

  9. Katastrofik (Keefygrinders)

HP Burn on A1 should make her a TOP Candidate For Soroth In Doom Tower.

  10. Ducq

Just fat fingered my sacred shard while locking my phone and got this gem. So excited to see I pulled more trash. 4 months in and I’ve pulled one Lego. Thanks plarium!

  11. Bob

This champ needs a buff do not 6 star this champ, these ratings you’re giving her is way off, in the current meta for pve and PvP she is worse than alot of rares, there’s many better hp burn champs also she’s squishy.

  12. Gustav

She’s a 5 start on frost spider DT

  13. Arjan Hansen

She’s actually very good in doom tower frost spider her at lv 60 and my conquor at lv 50 deal with the lvl 40 very easy , both ofc full skilled but only Kalia full mastery , she also got met to reach the end of barbarians faction war , in my eyes ( from the heroes i currently have ) a musat have !

  14. Yumiyumi

Hey I appreciate all you’ve done Ayumilove, but it seems like you gotta revise some of your ratings… like this gal

  15. Fraaantic

@Gil-mor: Same as for Spirit Keep. She is Force and so will have a decrease in dmg and debuff accuracy. See Ayumiloves post before yours. It’s the same. Spiders 20 is very difficult. Force champions are not recommended.

  16. Gil-mor

Why only 2 stars on Spider’s Den? She has Aoe for early and HP Burn for 15 plus. I just got her and I am about to develop her, just wandering… Any answer will be appreciated! I see her at least 4* but again… I just started her. Ciao

  17. Ayumilove Post author

@DER GEIER: Kallia is Force Affinity and she is weak against Spirit Affinity. She deals 20% less damage and has 30% chance of performing Weak Hits in which prevents inflicting any debuff (Heal Reduction / HP Burn). Therefore, she isn’t suited for Spirit Keep.

  18. DER GEIER

    Hey, Great Page!
You gave 1 Star for Spirit Keep and 4 Stars for Magic Keep. She has Heal Reduction, but no usefull Skill in Magic Keep, so I think it is supposed to be the other Way round

Hey here’s a recent kallia guide I made thought it would be good for this page
