    yeah.. seems like 3 star food or maybe a faction team without others

    I think the disappointing part is it’s only for one round. If this guy goes right before the bad guy, it’s useless. And it’s with a 3 round cooldown.

    I would think a 60% decrease defense debuff would be pretty valuable. I guess not.
