In the frozen reaches of Raid Shadow Legends, Hilvi the Rime Called was once a devoted scholar consumed by the mysterious disappearance of Tormin the Cold. Her relentless search for answers drew her to a glass-like glacier where ancient magic awakened within her, warping the flame of her staff into frozen fire and forever binding her fate to the north. She now stands as a frost-bound matriarch, draped in indigo robes, with eyes that glow like piercing ice.

Players can currently obtain this legendary guardian through the Yuletide Deck of Fate event, running from December 22 to December 26, 2025. By earning Fate Crystals through Soul summoning and Artifact collection, players flip cards to reveal 100 Champion Fragments, with 30 hidden under Common Green cards, 40 under Rare Blue cards, and 30 under Epic Purple cards. Flipping three cards of the same color in succession also grants a bonus Fate Chest, making this festive event the most reliable path to adding Hilvi to your roster.

Hilvi is purpose built to bring Tormin the Cold back into the spotlight, turning him from a long forgotten vault guardian into a true meta threat. Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Each hit has a 50% chance of placing a 60% [Decrease DEF] debuff for 2 turns. If Tormin the Cold is on the same team, has a 25% chance to instantly activate his Rimefire skill.
Level 2: Damage +10%
Level 3: Damage +10%
Level 4: Buff/Debuff Chance +10%
Level 5: Buff/Debuff Chance +15%
Damage Multiplier: 2.6 ATK

Embittering Cold (Cooldown: 5 turns)
Removes all buffs from all enemies, and places a [Freeze] debuff on all enemies for 1 turn. If Tormin the Cold is on the same team, instantly activates his Blizzard Rage skill. This skill’s cooldown cannot be decreased or reset.

Ward of the Glacier (Cooldown: 6 turns)
Revives all dead allies with 50% HP and 30% Turn Meter. Places a [Block Damage] buff on all allies for 1 turn and a 30% [Increase SPD] buff on all allies for 2 turns. Will place these buffs even if no allies were revived. If no allies were revived by this skill, also fills the Turn Meters of all allies by 25%. This skill’s cooldown cannot be decreased or reset.

Divine Mission (Passive)
Whenever an enemy receives a [Freeze] debuff, this Champion steals 1 random buff from them, places a [HP Burn] debuff on them for 2 turns and decreases their Turn Meter by 10%. If Tormin the Cold is on the same team, fills his Turn Meter by an amount equal to the enemy Turn Meter decreased by this skill. If there are multiple Champions on the team with this skill, only one will activate. This skill will not activate on duplicate copies of this Champion, if this particular Champion is dead.

Certain that powerful truths still waited in the far north, Hilvi resolved to uncover them herself. She prepared for the journey with a torch staff bearing an enchanted flame that could not be quenched, believing knowledge was worth any danger. Leaving her hold behind, she set out for the Winterlands, driven by equal parts curiosity and duty.

Her search first led her to Port Wraith, where old storytellers recalled Tormin passing through long ago, bound for the northernmost wastes. Trusting these fragments of memory, Hilvi followed his trail into a land where time seemed to lose meaning. Under a sun that never set, the endless white plains and ceaseless wind wore down her sense of self. Days blurred together as she pressed on through exhaustion and isolation. Eventually, she reached a towering mountain range and crossed it through a low pass, emerging to behold a sight both beautiful and unsettling: a vast glacier, clear as glass, stretching beyond the horizon.

Then the Arbiter’s voice spoke directly to Hilvi, revealing a looming threat. Loki the Deceiver was gathering allies, seeking to free the Fire Knight and use its flames to melt the glacier. Hilvi was shown a grim future where ancient seals broke and monstrous forces swept south to devastate Teleria.

Terrified by her transformation yet inspired by her newfound purpose, Hilvi chose to stand with the Arbiter. She swore her service, eager to learn the deepest secrets of the world and help prevent the coming disaster. In truth, the choice had already been made the moment she touched the ice.
