Hill Nomad Storyline
Though archers remain, arguably, the most feared battle formation of the nomads that roam the Deadlands, underestimating their other warriors – especially those of the Hill Nomads – would be a grave mistake indeed. A bow is not required to know the dunes like the palm of their hand, nor to move unseen through the sandstorms that would have a foreigner running for cover. Trained to the point of understanding nature instinctively, these Nomads can lead their allies through the most daunting terrain and help them set up a deadly ambush for the foe. And their knowledge of the herbs allows them to always carry surprisingly effective healing salves with them, ensuring that warriors that count the Hill Nomad among their friends can always receive timely aid for their injuries.
Unnecessary review of this hero, but here it goes, cos nobody else would do.
She’s NOt remotely close to be worth anything.
If you need barbarian champions, go for the uncommon ones, you can max their skills at least. Zephyr sniper is WAY better a hero for example,
1st skill: not bad of a hit, but that’s it. Lesser debuff on a single opponent.
2nd skill: Ugh. Most uncommon heros have team healing.
3nd: a one-use invisibility, and she gets a shield for… what? She’s not a provoker.
So, overall, you have a single attack witha minor debuff, and two skills that aren’t of any use, but the AI will trigger constantly.
Top it off with big cooldowns, and a huge load of books for such crappyness.
So >NO<, don't try anything with her.
Go instead for Zephyr sniper, Shieldguard and/or Dervish (these are actually Rare level uncommons, pretty good). Maybe even the two bald guys, for some cheap turn meter control.
That being said, I got Hill Nomad to 5*s. Why?
Because my GODAWFUL luck with this game gave me a 5* spirit stone for her.
So, even with a 5* blessing, she only manages to do moderate damage using Phantom Touch (75% chance of extra damage, and her basic attack does decent damage, so you get a double hit basically).
You can go with counterattack gear (to take "advantage" of the basic attack debuff) or load her with speed and Reflex set (since you have crappy skills, at least spam them as possible).
Usability: Early game ONLY
She’s quickly outranked by several other champions later on. If you happen to get her as one of your first rares, then you can find use for her, but otherwise if you’re in the mid to late game and you get her, she’s just food at that point. In the early game I wouldn’t level her past 40, as she’s not worth the resources past that point.
Is there something that I’m missing? Most Champions with a Magic affinity get dinged in the Force Keep and boosted in the Spirit Keep. Why not her?
I would imagine a team of all hill nomads might be the best way to use
Small version of buffs. Nothing somebody else doesn’t better. Definitely food unless it is your first rare .
My First Babarian Hero Is Hill Nomad.
She Should be at least 3 stars in all conditions.
I upgraded her with 1speed, 2 life Set… She is very fast and tank. Nice Supportive defender too.
Please, remove it from B tier, definitely not B tier, maybe F or D, but not B
Do you answer any of the questions on here..cause there’s a lot of questions others wrote on your list i would like to know as well. And do you have a mastery list for Hill?
How come she’s good, when all her stats are two stars except three star CB?
since i need 5 champions for dungeon crypts i am taking a look on heroes that usually do not have a place in my main teams.
Do you have a recomended equip guide for her? while on that topic how accurate is the ingame suggested equip list?
