when does this dude get a massive nerf? he is s tier in every content specially in the arena where you dont need anything else but 3 people who constantly revive this dude. and everyone but me seems to own one of him.
S tier in my opinion, and some of the ratings here are abysmal. He’s great at fw, dt floors and several of the bosses. 1 star vs dark fae makes no sense he goes first and blows up the clone team + fae
He’s good to great pretty much everywhere. He goes first in arena and lands his bombs 90% of champs I face in gold 5 and occasionally plat die before getting a turn.
Great in cb but I wouldn’t use retaliation gear like someone said below, the problem I have with him is too many poisons at times leaving no room for Dec atk or other debuffs (hp burn, weaken, Dec def, etc.)
My clan only is up to normal hydra but gnishak alone gets enough damage (20+ mil) on my team to one key it
Definitely 5 stars for clan boss – he has no issues putting up amazing damage and brings a reliable decrease attack. Even on negative affinity he easily fills the debuff bar if setup in retaliation gear and counterattack accessories. The rat also melts through most gold arena teams in his clan boss setup. Been very happy with the Donald thus far — don’t have a good enough great hall and regeneration gear to make him a solo farmer but he breezes through dragon and ice golem 25 paired with UDK. Down the line I would love to repurpose him as a solo farmer but the gear requirements to 100% stage 25 on ice golem solo for this dude are fairly intensive.
If you compete in Arena and your teams usually take about five or six turns, then the Rat King will give Five Star results for you in Arena. He would be ideal in a “everyone goes four times” team if you pair him with Kymar. He is a terrific progression champ in this regard. If he runs those rats out there twice, I always win. Sticking around long enough so he does that is the key.
What gear and stats are required to do Ice Golem? Can he be paired with a Taurus to speed farm?
Bombs and other damaging debuffs (e.g. poison) never trigger on-hit effects like giantslayer when they do damage. You can get a giantslayer proc with the original attack that placed the bombs, but nothing extra when they explode. Master hexer will be a waste because he can fill a debuff bar with poisons without it.
Why giantslayer over warmaster. Does each bomb and poison have a chance to inflict the bonus damage?
For me The rat king is S tier no doubt. He is effective everywhere. With the right items he will shine like a star.
I totally disagree with the values. This is a beast after fully booking. Especially when working in cooperation with Zavia or Lord Shazaar.
Clan boss: 5 stars (due to his ability to do the poisoning), Bommal 5 stars (his bombs are incredibly effective), for FW or Iron Twins less effective. But he is one of the best champs in the game…
Rat deserves 5 star for Arena Offense:
4.5xATK AoE A3, extra turn and then 4.6xATK AoE A2. That’s 9.1xATK AoE.
Oh and then some bombs.
