A Crypt Guard is the reborn soul of a long-dead hero that has arisen from his grave and been trapped in the body of a sacrificed young adept of the K’leth cult. @Rohawk: Crypt Witch ignores Shield buff rather than the Fire Knight’s physical shield.
Does she ignore the fire knight’s shield and if so shouldn’t that give her better than 1 star?
Amazing champ for her fw 21 if you are lacking on damage during the valk wave. She helped me 3* with 2xVersulf, rector, and sinesha on 10/21/21.
@ArcticFox – Just seen your comment and the same idea was occurring to me – did you ever try out your idea (since this is now a month later) and if so how did it go? Seems like it could work.
This underused champion would seem to be an appealing option for clearing the horrific wave 2 of Faction Wars 21. Ignore Shield and Block Damage on A1 would seem ideal for removing those three Valks with the Warcaster blocking damage. I don’t normally 6-star a champion just for FW but I wonder if anyone else has tried this. I went in with a load of excellent Force Affinity champs (Rector, Sinesha, Doompriest) and got wrecked by the Valks in 3.7 seconds.
Crypt Witch’s multipliers seem OK, with good enough gear and Great Hall she looks like she could do damage? Looks squishy though.
I have her at level 50, 5 level ascension and she’s without a doubt one of my favourite champions. I’ve combined the immortal set, but used offense for the shield and shield for the weapon and it works great for me thus far. I really like using her in the dungeons and in the arena, plus her ignoring defense has proven to be useful against many opponents, particularly those with taunt buffs and similar.
This champ would be golden if they’d change a few things. She needs some multiplier boosts, for sure. I’d reduce her to 2 skills, both AOE.
A1 could be AOE 60% dec DEF as KR really only have Tomb Lord for this.
A2 would be her current A2 and A3 combined, except it would be AOE and ignore 50% def if the target has Counterattack up. Also, places a stun on each target under Counterattack buffs before attacking.
These changes would make her Godtier in one of, if not the most, difficult FW in the game.
Crypt witch is a piece of shit champion. So what she ignores defense. Her attacks are too weak for her to be useful.
Why would you put her in Speed set when her A3 only procs against faster champions. Surely you want her to be a bit slower so she can hit harder through the defence?

Because all Magic-affinity champions are weak against all Force-affinity champions. Even though she bypasses defense, she’ll be taking extra damage and the damage she inflicts will be reduced. Her skills, as good as they are, aren’t enough to overcome that huge disadvantage against Force-affinity champions.

i noticed she is weak with offense and support trees for masteries. i switched to offense and defense, she is bit better, not perfect, only better.
hope will do well with all masteries unlocked, will grind her scrolls ! 😉
