Chevalier Storyline
Chevaliers hail from the Northern coast of Kaerok, the name itself derived from a local title given to Knights. Mostly minor nobles, these warriors form the elite corps of the King’s army. Encased in heavy armour, armed with a shield and a variety of weapons, they can batter their way through all but the toughest opposition. The Chevalier’s allies can be certain, that on his honour he shall protect them and strike back against those who defy the will of the Arbiter. Such is his dedication, that not even enchanted armour can save the enemy from his axe. And his knowledge of tactics allows allies to follow him into the fray in a defensive formation, less exposed to enemy strikes.
Mastery missing Tier 2 skill
Does ACC affect his A1 chance? Or is there anything at all that will boost the chance of repeating attack with his A1 beyond the initial 20%?
Grim Resolve, which is listed below the Mastery Guide image, is not marked as selected in the image on the OFFENSE chart.
This champ seems like a great option in Magic Keep for folks who picked him up in the recent event.
Lots of options since he comes with a low-intensity sustainment skill (A3). If you bring a dedicated healer or even just a champ with some complimentary sustainment, you can opt for relentless or defense gear to really chop that Magic boss down quickly.
This hero is currently available in the Champion Training Event occurring now (Feb 15, 2020) till approximately Feb. 24th, 2020 (but check in game for duration because of UTC time keeping). He is the 5th reward and requires 3125 points. Not too difficult if you play a lot given the duration. Cudgler and Fencer are also available in this event, 8th and 10th rewards respectively, at 10450 and (yikes!) 18575 points.
@ayumilove Where or how did you get some of the storyline or lore tabs of some characters?
Thank you so much for the response, It was very helpful!! <3
@vzlaelpran: Chevalier is decent but when comparing with other champions of the same rarity with the skills he has, he is not that great. One reason that he is good in many places is because this champion is Void, so no affinity issues (dealing lower damage against other affinities). Apart from that, he provides support to allies but its not that great too. In end game, you want the champion to provide the best buff stat (e.g. 15% Continuous Heal and 60% Increase Defense). I have tested Chevalier on my account, and his A1 procs way too less, and its made worse when his other skills are triggered by the AI. Usually its two A1, followed by A2 and A3. Tested Chevalier with Relentless Set and he will not do more A1 attacks, its basically doing those sequence much faster. The ratings shown above are from in-game, but I would rate Chevalier a little lower 4 Stars instead of 5 Stars. He performs better with Lifesteal Set rather than Relentless Set.
¿why it has almost all the stars in total and many value it as positive, and it is of rank c here?
So some clan mates swear by Chevalier with a Relentless set, 4-8 swings in a row, dropped Mino15 by half his HP in one go. obviously this would be with ideal gear but the onslaught of his A1 proccing combined with Relentless can chain his attacks several times. Making him a niche but still viable champion in many situations.
