    @Peter Bentley: I have updated Avir’s Blessings Recommendation by replacing the Epic Blessings with Rare Blessings. Thanks!

  3. Peter Bentley

    Says Cruelty (Defense Down) for blessings mistake as this champion is Rare not Epic

  4. Eman Tsal

    @ayumilove, @john. What is a proper blessing? Obviously Cruelty will not work. Tysvm

  5. John

    So recommended blessing is cruelty? When it’s for epics or higher..

  6. Isarma

    Also, if his primary stats are HP & DEF, why Perception instead of Resilience?

  7. Isarma

    Is this guy absolute shit in Doom Tower or were there just not estimates of his usability when his page was put up?

  8. Beardo

    grrreat, thanks!
    we love ya Ayumi, keep up the good work 🙂

    @Vino, @Beardo: I have re-updated Avir the Alchemage’s masteries by swapping “Rapid Response” with “Swarm Smiter” as he does not place any buff on his allies. “Swarm Smiter” gives an additional Accuracy boost for Avir to inflict his debuff without being resisted by the enemies 🙂

    @Vino
    i’m sorry but you’re mistaken there.

    you are talking about Arcane Celerity: “Has a 30% chance of increasing the Turn Meter by 10% when a DEBUFF cast by this Champion is removed or expires”.
    i’m talking about Rapid Response: “Has a 30% chance of increasing the Turn Meter by 10% when a BUFF cast by this Champion is removed or expires”.

    both Arcane Celerity and Rapid Response are currently masteries suggested for Avir by Ayumilove.

    Rapid Response must be a mistake since Avir does not place any such BUFFs.
    Avir’s A3 fills allies’ turn meter and heals allies but so far i know those are not buffs that expire, therefore Rapid Response has no effect.

  11. Vino

    @Beardo

    Rapid Response is actually when debuff (not buff) removed or expired. So it does make sense since his A1 and A2 both put debuff (poison, decrease atk etc) on target,

  12. Beardo

    something wrong with the currently suggested masteries — there is no point giving Avir Rapid Response (he doesn’t place any expirable buffs). also as a healer i would guess he would go well with the left side of the support tree, or?

  13. Ayumilove Post author

    @Gadbury: It would be a good Artifact Set for Avir the Alchemage since it synergizes with his A2 skill. However, its only a 1 turn cooldown and a smaller version of the Decrease Speed debuff. I would recommend Toxic Set if it has very good stats for Accuracy Speed and some survivability (HP/DEF), otherwise I would advise gearing him with either Speed Set, Perception Set and Accuracy Set.

  14. Gadbury

    Is it worth putting him in a toxic set to increase the chance of his a2 decrease speed landing?

  15. NyteRazor

    Funny how he spins his staff then misses catching it and it falls to the ground because he’s old and slow.

  16. Rocardo Manuel

    All the streamers have this guy as a top 5 rare in the game. You reckon you might update your tier list?

  17. Billabong

    Poison dwarf! Nice. We’ll see how good he is in time.

  18. Mark O'Connor

    I look forward to the update.
