Leo Review

Leo the Mu Lion is a SSS Vanguard hero from Wenfyr faction in Eternal Evolution. He wields a large curve single-handed sword that can be transformed into dual-wielding swords based on the opponents he is facing. Leo is capable of inflicting increased damage taken to multiple enemies so that he and his allies are able to deal more damage to them! Apart from that, he has a belt of decent passive skills that makes him tanky in the frontline, which reduces the damage intake, able to defy death, and he cannot receive any critical damage! This makes him a perfect candidate as a hybrid assassin tank on the frontline in Arena.

Leo Skills

Storm (Ultimate)
Active effect: Leo spins his double blades and rushes to the target area, causing 240% ATK DMG to enemies along the way for a total of three times. Leo will not be affected by any control effect during skill use. Passive effect: All damage caused by Leo cannot be Critical Strikes.
Level 2: Increase DMG to 270% of ATK.
Level 3: Increase DMG to 300% of ATK.
Level 4: Increase DMG to 330% of ATK. (Commander Boost)
Level 5: Increase DMG to 360% of ATK. (Commander Boost)
Talent Effect: This skill has a 35% life-steal effect.

Thunder (Common)
Leo sends out a roar to deter the enemy, causing 310% ATK DMG to nearby enemies, and increasing the damage they take in the next 5 seconds by 10%.
Level 2: Damage increased to 350% ATK.
Level 3: Damage increased to 390% ATK.
Level 4: Damage increased to 430% ATK.
Level 5: Damage increased to 470% ATK. (Commander Boost)
Talent Effect: Damage increasing effect enhanced to 15% and duration increased by 3 seconds.

Raging Wave (Passive)
After entering the battlefield, Leo will permanently gain a basic ATK boost of 1.5% of his maximum health. In battle, the lower the proportion of Leo’s current HP, the higher his ATK. ATK increases by 1% for each 1% reduction in HP with an upper limit of 30% remaining HP.
Level 2: ATK increases by 1.1% for each 1% reduction in HP.
Level 3: ATK increases by 1.2% for each 1% reduction in HP.
Level 4: ATK increases by 1.3% for each 1% reduction in HP. (Commander Boost)
Talent Effect: There is no upper limit to the effect of increasing ATK by reducing HP.

Mountain (Passive)
Leo’s damage reduction is increased by 3%. When Leo receives lethal DMG, he defies death and all DMG for the next 3 seconds. This effect can only be triggered once per battle.
Level 2: Damage reduction is increased to 4%.
Level 3: Damage reduction is increased to 5%.
Level 4: Damage reduction is increased to 6%. (Commander Boost)
Talent Effect: At the end of the damage immunity effect, Leo will recover 15% of their maximum HP at one time.

  • Max Bonus Stats: DMG AMP +32%, D.REDUC +32%, HP +40%.
  • Level 1: Mountain Skill Enhancement: The duration of damage immunity increases by 2 seconds.
  • Level 10: Thunder Skill Enhancement: When the skill is released, adds a shield equal to 5% of Max HP.
  • Level 20: Mountain Skill Enhancement: When the death immunity effect is triggered. Leo immediately recovers 600 energy.
  • Level 30: Mountain Skill Enhancement: When the death immunity effect is triggered, the next damage from an energy skill will be increased by 50%.
