Chloe Vann Storyline

A Titan engineer who is in charge of Sid during Titan Battles. Countless corporations were out to scout her even before she graduated at the top of her class at the Ilium School of Machinery. However, she chose to become a Titan engineer, so she could be more hands-on with machines. Lisa despises her for being able to spend so much time with her fiancé, but Chloe eyes are only fixated on Sid’s Titan.

Bomb Drop [Front First] (Normal)
Commands a drone to drop bombs, dealing 1030(+1.58 ATK) M.DMG to the enemy.
Skill Gem Set (Blue, Blue, Violet): 5% chance to cause Blaze for 2 turn(s).

Shockwave Device Drop [One Enemy] (Special)
Commands a drone to drop a device that releases a shockwave, dealing 1580 (+2.41 ATK) to an enemy and 20% chance of inflicting a PHYS Effect that causes Paralysis for 3 turn(s). Chance of inflicting Paralysis increases by 20% for each SOUL used. Up to 4 SOUL can be used.
Skill Gem Set (Blue, Blue, Violet): 5% chance of reducing target’s M.DEF by 10% for 2 turn(s).

C.B. Mechato Beam [One Enemy] (Ultimate)
Fires Mechato’s ultimate particle beam, the essence of Starship’s technology, to deal 260 (+2.1ATK) M.DMG to an enemy. Increases damage by 10% for each SOUL used. Up to 8 SOUL can be used.
Skill Gem Set (Blue, Blue, Violet): Restores 1 SOUL (10% Chance).

Innate Talent (Passive 2★)
Chloe’s innate talent allows her to easily accept and assimilate advantages. When attacking an enemy, copies and takes a random buff from that enemy for her own use.

Adaptive Design (Passive 4★)
Chloe’s mechanical minions become more powerful by adapting to the battlefield through a learning module. Increases CRT Rate by 5%, up to 50%, after using the skill.

Drone Enhance Module (Passive 6★)
A module implemented as a biometric chip can output a massive performance as Chloe gets stronger. When in possession of a buff, increases the power of Bomb Drop and Shockwave Device Drop by 30%.
