Windstrex Review

Windstrex is an Epic Support Wood hero from Awaken Chaos Era. Windstrex skill kit revolves around speeding up and increasing attack stats of your allies, resetting ally ultimate skill cooldown and decreasing enemy speed to disrupt their turn order.

Windstrex is renowned for her Roaring Gale ultimate ability to apply Speed Up and and Attack Up buff to all allies, so they can overtake the enemy turn and nuke them down. In addition, she has the ability to reset a hero’s ultimate ability with her Wind of Peace skill, which allows you to perform your attacker hero ultimate ability twice to defeat the enemy backbone hero quickly for an easier battle ahead. Finally, her basic ability Wind Attack that inflicts Defense Down on an enemy to prevent them from starting their turn after your ally.

Overall, Windstrex is an amazing Epic hero for speed running Arena, Arcane Dominator and No Man’s Land Dungeons and Adventure areas. To unleash her full potential, provide her with sufficient Speed to surpass the enemy turn, so she can boost her allies speed. Equipping her with Raider Set allows you to achieve this easily with additional Speed stat. The remaining stat should be prioritize on increasing her Health and Defense to improve her survivability in difficult contents such as Endless Trial, Bounty Hunt and Void Tower.

Deals 110% damage to an enemy and applies Speed Down for 2 turns.
Level 2: Speed Down lasts for +1 turn.

Windstrex Supporter Build

The recommend stats to prioritize on Windstrex are Speed, Resistance, Heath and Defense. Speed allows Windstrex to go first in the battle to boost all allies speed to overtake the enemy turn, which means your attacker heroes does not need to be built with high speed and they can focus on increasing their Attack, Critical Rate and Critical Damage stats! Resistance is to prevent enemies from decreasing Windstrex survivability with debuff. If you are using her as your debuffer to apply Sundering Purgatory (AoE Defense Down), then provide her Focus stat so she can successfully apply them. Health and Defense stats are important to improve her survivability.

Windstrex lives on the border of the Sylvan Forest and the Kingdom of the Mountains. In the mountains, there remains a group of elves that are masters of wind magic.
