Unlike raging treants, roots treants such as Kaluk do not tend to attack enemies directly with their branches. Instead, root treants ensnare enemies who venture upon their territory from the ground up. Kaluk is able to summon countless wiry and yet extremely durable roots from the ground to envelop enemies who, once trapped, will inevitably fall to a painful, asphyxiating death.
