MapleStory Angelic Burster Job Selection

Angelic Buster is a MapleStory Nova Pirate who wields Soul Shooter (primary weapon) and Soul Ring (secondary weapon). Her primary stat is DEX (Dexterity). This job uses Soul Recharge System where each regular attack and attack skills has a chance recharge powerful charge skills to be used later on. These charge skills are displayed in Soul Recharge UI. There is no cooldown limitation to these charge skills but depending on how fast you can charge. It recharges one skill at a time starting from the weakest to strongest charge skill. Angelic Buster regular attack is special as they can attack while moving similarly to Phantom Mille Aiguilles or Bow Master Storm of Arrows. Angelic Buster is gender-locked, which means you can only make female-character to play this job! Also you will need to be transformed into this pink-haired idol to use those skills below. Don’t worry about looking same as every Angelic Buster. You can change the appearances of this character via Coordinate Skill under Beginner Skill Tab. Angelic Buster Storyline

Born without a tail or magic, a young Nova named Tear endured disappointment from Nova elders and flat-out torment from her peers. Her only friends were two kind boys, Kyle and Velderoth, who watched over her from the get-go. Together, they formed the Heliseum Force, dreaming of one day recapturing the homeland that was stolen from them. But they were too young to stand up to the attacks on Pantheon. When the Heliseum Force is overwhelmed at Pantheon, Tear calls on the power of an ancient relic to save her friends. Her plan works, but she gets much more than she bargained for. Now, the voice of the ancient Nova dragon warrior, Eskalade, rings out in her head. It tells Tear of her new destiny… to become the Angelic Buster!

Angelic Buster Notes

  • Angelic Buster implements a Dress Up Skill System where you can transform into a lovely pink-hair celebrity idol or transform back normally to view your equipment (helm, armor, shoe, glove, etc). This transformation is similar to Cygnus Knight Wind Archer 3rd Job Skill (Eagle Eye) or Kaiser’s Transfiguration into Dragon Saber without the need of charging Morph Gauge. Kaiser is one of Angelic Buster biggest fan – This can be seen where she dances and sings on the stage while Kaiser enjoys her performance.
  • Angelic Buster uses Soul Battery skills are powerful attacks that must be recharged after use, and the only way to recharge them is by attacking enemies! Different attacks will recharge the skills at different rates, and the Affinity Heart skills can help them recharge faster. You’ll know a skill needs to be recharged when its icon turns gray. The Soul Battery UI lists all available Soul Battery skills and their availability.

Angelic Buster 1st Job Skill Build: Everything maxed.
1. Add 1 SP into Star Bubble.
2. Max Feather Hop, Affinity Heart 1, Star Bubble and Melody Cross.

Explanation:
Star Bubble will be Angelic Buster 1st Job primary attacking skill. Use it against solo and mobs of monsters since it deal higher damage compared to regular attacks. Therefore, add 1 SP into Star Bubble first. Next, max both Feather Hop and Affinity Heart 1 to make travelling easier especially in large wide maps. Then, max Star Bubble, your very first Charge Skill where you can make use of those recharge from Affinity. Finally, max Melody Cross last because it will not be useful now but later against higher level monsters who has high avoid (evasion).

Permanently increases weapon mastery and accuracy.
LV1: 14% Mastery, +20 Accuracy.

Permanently increases Dexterity.

Affinity2 Affinity Heart II (Passive)
Permanently increases resistance against elemental and status effect.
Has a chance to recharge upon killing a number of enemies.

Pink_Scud Pink Pummel (Active)
Attacks 12 enemies 1 time by rushing into them, causing them to be pushed back. Has 20% chance to recharge.

Sting_Explosion Lovely Sting (Active)
[Charge Skill] Attack 8 enemies 1 time while debuffing them simultaneously. Has 50% chance to recharge.

Temporarily protect yourself with a shield that absorbs 1% damage inflicted by enemy. Shield disappear upon reaching its absorb limit.

Angelic Buster 2nd Job Skill Build: Everything maxed except Lovely Sting.
1. Add 1 SP into Pink Pummel and Lovely Sting.
2. Max Soul Shooter Mastery, Beautiful Soul, Affinity Heart II.
3. Max Pink Pummel and Power Transfer.
4. Dump remaining SP into Lovely Sting.

Explanation:
Add 1 SP (Skill Point) into Pink Pummel. This skill will be beneficial to cluster monsters into a corner and finish them with your charge skill. Start by maxing your Soul Shooter Mastery (damage stabilizer) followed by Beautiful Soul (for additional boost to min max damage) and Affinity Heart II (speed up recharge rate). Next, max Pink Pummel as it is much faster to travel and attack at the same time instead of using regular attack. The reason why Pink Pummel is maxed instead of Lovely Sting is because Pink Pummel does not require any recharge to activate and the damage between both skills is roughly the same at max level. Furthermore, Pink Pummel does cover some area by charging forward into enemies and you will be able to discover more monsters along the way. If you are able KO (knockout) monsters in 1 hit, Pink Pummel is the way to go as it will be a great combo with 3rd Job Skills. If you like Lovely Sting, you can max that instead and the remaining SP is dumped into Pink Pummel. Finally, max Power Transfer last as it won’t be much help until you reach higher level where monsters deal high physical or magical damage.

Affinity Heart III (Passive)
Permanently increases dexterity and damage. Has a chance to recharge if your attack failed to recharge 3 times consecutively.
LV1: +3 DEX, +1% Damage, +5% Recharge.
LV20: +60 DEX, +20% Damage, +100% Recharge.

Call_of_Ancient Dragon Whistle (Supportive)
Temporarily increase your attack.
LV1: +2 Attack, 28 sec.
LV20: +40 Attack, 180 sec.

Land_Crash Heavenly Crash (Active)
Attack multiple enemies 1 time by slamming them with a ban hammer, causing them to temporarily float up in mid-air. Has 20% chance to recharge.
LV1: 567% Damage. Attack 6 enemies.
LV20: 700% Damage. Attack 8 enemies.

Falling_Star Shining Star Burst (Active)
[Charge Skill] Attacks 6 enemies 1 time with Shining Star Burst. Deals double damage when used on enemies who are floating in mid-air. Use Heavenly Crash to float enemies up followed by Shining Star Burst for maximum damage. Has 40% chance to recharge.
LV1: 590% Damage.
LV20: 790% Damage.

Soul_Seeker Soul Seeker (Active)
[Charge Skill] Summon 4 homing souls that randomly attacks 2 enemies 1 time. It will continue attacking the enemy as long as its success rate for next attack does not fail, otherwise it will just disappear. Has 40% chance to recharge.
LV1: 205% Damage. 41% Chance to Attack again.
LV20: 300% Damage. 60% Chance to Attack again.

Inner_Peace Love Me Heart (Passive)
Permanently increases MaxHP, Weapon and Magic Defense.
LV1: +100 MaxHP, +100 Defense.
LV10: +1000 MaxHP, +1000 Defense.

Iron_Lotus Iron Blossom (Supportive)
Has a chance to temporarily avoid being knockback by enemy attack.

Angelic Buster 3rd Job Skill Build: Everything maxed except Shining Star Burst.
1. Add 1 SP into Heavenly Crash, Shining Star Burst and Soul Seeker.

3. Max Heavenly Crash and Cap Shining Star Burst at Level 14.
4. Max Love Me Heart, Iron Blossom and Soul Seeker.

Explanation:
Angelic Busters 3rd Job Primary attacking skill will be a combo of Heavenly Crash and Shining Star Burst. Soul Seeker would be a great additional supportive attack. Start maxing Affinity Heart III (recharge skills faster) and Dragon Whistle (damage booster) first followed by your 3 charge skills. Shining Star Burst should be prioritized first because it deals a whopping double damage towards floating enemies caused by Heavenly Crash. Next, max Love Me Heart (reduce damage taken when training at higher level areas), followed by Iron Blossom (for anti-knockback convenience) and lastly Soul Seeker.

Soul Seeker is maxed instead of Shining Star Burst because Celestial Roar (4th Job Skill) can easily replace both Heavenly Crash and Shining Star Burst for its stun, high damage and wide-long range attack! Soul Seeker will be beneficial during 4th Job Training especially Boss Raids/Solo as it acts as a supportive damage while you attack with either Trinity/Celestial Roar (4th Job Skills).

Permanently increases damage. Also alters recharge success rate for next attack if recharge failed for the current attack. Upon successful recharge, 50% chance to gain damage buff for 5 sec.

Explanation:
Lucky Seven is a powerful 1v1 attacking skill in 1st Job, but killing monsters that way is pretty slow. Therefore, max Haste first to boost your movement and jump speed to acquire new target quickly for your next kill. Lucky Seven is a very special skill compared to other skill as it has its own independent mastery skill. If you buff yourself with Attack Potions or wear with massive LUK equipment, you can kill higher level monsters for better EXP rate.

Talk to Nienheart (Nineheart) after reaching Level 90. He instructs you to learn a new skill from Icarut Eckhart (Night Walker Job Instructor). He asks you to defeat a boss in 3rd Drill Hall and retrieve the item to prove your worthiness. Upon returning the item to her, he teaches you Quad Star skill. This skill is superb against bosses or one-to-one enemy.

[SKILL QUEST] Venom
Talk to Nienheart (Nineheart) at Ereve after reaching Level 100. He instructs you to learn a new skill from Icarut Eckhart (Night Walker Job Instructor). He asks you to defeat a boss Pianus in 4th Drill Hall and retrieve an item to prove you worthiness. Upon returning the item to him, he teaches you Venom skill.

[SKILL QUEST] Dark Flare
Talk to Nienheart (Nineheart) at Ereve after reaching Level 110. He will instruct you to kill Thanatos at Ludibrium Clocktower. After completing this, you will be taught Dark Flare skill.

MapleStory Evan Job Selection

Evan is a Legendary MapleStory Magician Hero who has a flying dragon that fights along with him. Evan’s primary stat is INT (Intellect) while secondary stat is LUK (Luck). Evan is the only class that does not depend on job advancement, rather towards to the growth of his/her dragon. Each growth introduces a new skill that he or the dragon unlocks. Some new skills are obtain via quests, therefore you will gain more SP within each growth compared to what normally other jobs get 3 SP per level. [NOTE] Some Evan skills requires NX Cash Mastery Book to fully max the skill. If you intend to level up pass Level 100, do consider purchasing them. Otherwise, training will be miserably difficult with half-baked skills against higher level monsters.

Evan Storyline
It all started when Freud/Freed (a heroic magician and researcher) had a great desire of finding a way to have dragons and human live together peacefully. He meets Afrien, King of Onyx Dragon who shares the same philosophical love for all lifeforms. Both took this opportunity to pledge each other by bounding themselves with powerful rituals and spells to create a Spirit Pact. Under this pact, 2 spirits become 1 resulting an unbreakable bond even past death and also making them more powerful than being apart.

Then Black Mage came into Maple World and discovered that Onyx Dragon has great power which he can exploit. On one night while Freud was away, Black Mage meets with the great Onyx Dragon King, Afrien. He asked Afrien to join him and betray Freud and humans. He promised Afrien that working together with him makes both of them even more powerful than they could ever imagine. King of Dragon explained that the source of Onyx’s power was from the love and trust from Spirit Pact. He could not betray his friend Freud nor would break Spirit Pact if he could.

Black Mage researched a way to break the Spirit Pact forcefully and eventually came up with a possible solution by trapping Afrien’s partner (Freud) in ice forever. He launched a devastating attack on both of them and succeeded in separating them before he cast his ice curse on Freud. Afrien threw himself in front of his friend to protect him. Though the plan was not completely successful, Black Mage plan to break the Spirit Pack has been achieved. Afrien had left behind a dragon egg, and as long as this egg existed there is a chance where a future hero who comes along and re-establish the Spirit Pack. Freud escaped with the egg and hid it where it might eventually be found.

Evan, the only child of a pig-farmer found the Onyx Dragon Egg and took care of it until it hatches and matures to an adult Onyx Dragon. Both of them reforge old bonds and Spirit Pact. Onyx Dragon will rise again with his fellow companion and use this power for justice and peace! NOTE: Evan wasn’t the person who fought against Black Mage a century ago with the other 4 MapleStory Legendary Heroes.

Explanation:
There is no need to max Magic Guard early on since the monsters at this stage does not deal much damage to kill you within 1-3 hits. Therefore, max Lightning Bolt first to kill enemy quickly for greater EXP. Use Magic Guard when necessary to avoid wasting MP (MP Potion costs double of HP Potion) unless you are rich or have tons of potions at your disposal.

MapleStory Wind Archer (Wind Breaker) Cygnus Knights is second in line to receive skills revamp from KMS (Korea MapleStory) on 7th February 2013 with this [kMSt] v.1.2.471 – Wind Archer Reborn! patch. MapleStory Battle Mage (BaM for short) is a Magician in Resistance Class who only wields staff (no wand + shield). They are called Battle Mage due to their nature of engaging enemies in close combat similarly to warriors but with magical arsenals at their disposal.

Pros:

  1. Hp is the highest among the other class except warrior type.
  2. High Weapon and Magic Defense upon maxing Adv. Blue Aura.
  3. High avoid rate (40%) after maxing Adv. Yellow Aura (passive + active).
  4. Low HP potion usage due to drain + High avoid rate + high def + many invincible skill
  5. Low MP potion usage due to high base mp but without magic guard.
  6. 100% critical rate after kms 1.2.163 patch (base 5% + mastery 40% + finishing blow 25% + phantom link skill/critical ring 10% + battle rage 20% =100%)

Cons:

  1. The only class dont have mount
  2. Easy get bored, use blow skill from level 10 to 200 (twister spin & dark shock has cooldown)
  3. Attack speed is dependent on weapon speed, most weapon has slow speed!
  4. 1v1 dpm is very low,but after kms1.2.163 patch, have a new skill “battle rage” +40% damage when 1v1

After that, meet J in the previously-glitched telephone booth and then finish the quest-line. Same as above. However, after you’ve received the Alliance medal and skill, you’ll get a quest from Brighton. He will tell you how Cygnus can help Battle Mages become even better. He will then send you to a mine where you have to mine 10 Alexandrite. Remember that to mine them, you have to attack them as if they’re monsters. After you’ve mined 10 of those stones, go to the nearest Dimensional Door and go to the Ereve Alliance meeting place. There, you’ll see Cygnus ready to finish you quest and give you 7 extra SP for 2nd job.

Will of Alliance for Resistance

1. At level 10, complete all of the tutorial quests until you are level 14 with the earring.
2. At level 14, complete the airship quest (kill 80 airships get 10 chips)
3. At level 15, complete the quest where you transform into Surl (you need 10 red potions, 10 blue potions, and 3 acorns) and talk to the fat dude with the pockies.
4. (DOES NOT APPLY TO DEMON SLAYER) At level 18, complete the quest from the girl you helped in the very beginning. (she will give you a series of quests. first get 60 wooden signs, then 30 snake tails, and then kill the last monster in the training area)
5. At level 20, talk to Surl. Collect waters to fill up his tank.
6. At level 23, talk to Surl again. Enter the airplane area to find a bunch of red-hooded bunnies. Kill one and take its badge. Go back to Surl and accept his new quest.
7. FINALLY, talk to Claudine and finish the quest.

After this step, keep accepting quests from/talking to Claudine and one of her quests will eventually transport you to Ereve to get the Alliance Will skill. You will also have to talk to Lady Cygnus once you’re there in order to get the Alliance medal (gives a nice +500 hp/+500 mp)

Talk to Nienheart (Ninheart) at Ereve after reaching Level 100. He instructs you to learn a new skill from Oz (Blaze Wizard Job Instructor). She asks you to defeat a boss Pianus in 4th Drill Hall and retrieve an item to prove you worthiness. Upon returning the item to her, she teaches you Meteor Shower.

[SKILL QUEST] Teleport Mastery
Talk to Nienheart at Ereve after reaching Level 110. He will instruct you to kill Thanatos at Ludibrium Clocktower. After completing this, you will be taught Teleport Mastery skill.
