Goals: Build a Snow Arena, Run Annual Snowball Tournament
Resources: 4 Workers
New Features: Snow Arena, End of Region Mini Game

Strategy:
1. Clear all Snow Pile and Open Treasure Chest.
2. Assign 2 workers into Forestry.
3. Build a market and buy food to hire workers.
4. Fix Cottages and upgrade them for higher rent.
5. Fix the Snow Arena once you have sufficient workers.
