Episode 1: Green Fields Level 1 Guide

Mini Robot Wars Episode 1 Stage 1-1 introduces 2 mini robots, which are Fusor and Gunner. Fusor is mini robot that produces green diamond. Mini robots are powered by these gems. Collect them to use them to build more mini robots. While Fusor is defenseless on its own, you will need protect them using offensive mini robots to defeat invaders. At this stage, you will only have Gunner, but as you progress through the game, you will unlock more powerful mini robots to dispose stronger enemies.

To win this stage, build 1 Fusor, followed by a Gunner. These is to meet the pre-requirement of the game tutorial. After that, build 2 more Fusor to speed up energy production, and fill the land with Gunner. You will only need a maximum of 4 Fusor Bots to deploy your offensive bots quickly to the front-line.

The Machines: Smasher
Mini Robots: Fusor, Gunner
Unlock: Cannon Bot (Shoot bullets at 45 degrees)

Episode 1: Green Fields Level 2 Guide

Mini Robot Wars Episode 1 Stage 1-2 introduces a new card called Cannon Bot. It can only attack Flying Enemies. Apart from that, you will experience building mini bots on higher terrain. Higher terrain is less susceptible to land enemies, however, they are accessible by Flying Enemies.

Start constructing 4 Fusor Bots on high terrain to allow more space for Gunner Bots to be place below. More Gunners means more flying bullets to knock down enemy units quickly before they can get close to the right-most side of the map. Cannon Bots can easily defeat these slow helicopters, so 1 Cannon Bot will be sufficient for this stage. To be secure, place 2 Cannon Bot if the first cannon misses its target.

Episode 1: Waste Sands Level 1 Guide

Mini Robot Wars Episode 1 Stage 2-1 brings you to a new map called Waste Sands and introduces 2 different units. The Machines has Driller which travels underground, preventing any land units from hitting it unless it unburrow to attack nearby mini bots. However, this can be easily countered with your new ally Mini Bot called Dropper! Dropper Bot drops bombs that is capable of exploding underground enemy units.

With the new introduction of Dropper Bot, we can replace Gunner Bot functionality just by using Dropper, Copter and Freezer. Freezer Bot slows enemies so they take more explosions from above, while Copter protects Dropper Bot who are defenseless against enemy head on.

The Machines: Smasher, Jetpacker, Air Scout, Driller, Cycler

In this map, I did implement Flame Bot as it can be useful to blaze multiple enemies at once.

A copter placed in between his jump height easily defeats Jumper. In this stage, I implement a Flame Bot to overheat Machines till it breakdown accompanied with Freezer. Also, I purchased Energy Booster upgrade from Laboratory to assist in my battle.

Once revealed, they will pop out of their burrow, allowing other mini bots in range to attack them in peace of mind. However, in this strategy, I skipped Sonar since my main attacking force are Dropper Bot, capable of blowing enemies on both air and land (surface and underground). So it does not really matter not having Sonar in my card inventory. However, if you have a vacant card slot purchased via Upgrade, you can add Sonar.

To amass a huge air force requires a huge amount of Fusor Bots to generate sufficient energy diamonds. This strategy tops up an additional 4 more Fusor, making it 8 Fusor Bot populating the battle field. In addition, Sonar Bot is used here to reveal underground units.

The Machines: Smasher, Heavy Smasher, Jetpacker, Air Scout, Driller, Cycler, Jumper

Boomerang is as good as Flame Bot, just that it is capable of attacking in various directions and this makes them really useful in combating both land and air enemies in locations that aren’t great for other mini bots. Also, I used triple Freezer Bot in a single lane to constantly freeze enemies as if they are stun in that position, allowing Boomerang to mince them.

Episode 1: South Ocean Level 6 Guide

Mini Robot Wars Episode 1 Stage 3-6 and the rest will become much easier since previous stage reveals a new ally known as Spider Bot. It creates web that stops an enemy in its tracks for split second, allowing other mini bots to bring it down. Spider Bot could easily handle an enemy such as Speeder Sub in early invasion, but not against mass of underwater enemies such as Sting Ray that spawns 3 little String Ray after death. Therefore, working alone isn’t an option for Spider Bot, a team of Diver coupled with Boomerang and Gunner will help clear the water lanes easily.

Build 8 Fusor Bots and have a mini mine stationed in the front garrison. The mini mine will buy you some time to ward off Machines early invasion. Next, construct a Spider Bot close to the frontline to slow down enemies especially Speeder Sub. Next, place Divers in the first 2 top lanes followed by Boomerang and Warrior just before the first big enemy wave. Leave at least a tile in front of Warrior Bot to allow mini mine to be placed there to dispose high health enemies instantly. Continue supporting Warrior Bot with Diver and Gunner behind it so it can hold its garrison longer. Replace Fusor Bot with Gunner once your main defense is secured.

Episode 1: South Ocean Level 7 Guide

Mini Robot Wars Episode 1 Stage 3-7 introduces a new enemy known as Mole which is similar to its predecessor, Driller who moves underground. However, the difference between these 2 is its ability to attack. Driller comes out of its burrow to attack, while the Mole attacks while in the burrow. Mole can be revealed using Sonar Bot, as it applies to Driller. Mole has a disadvantage which is once it pops out, he no longer has the ability to attack, making it a sitting duck for our mini bots to knock it out.

I purchased Slot Expansion upgrade from Laboratory to have an extra slot for Sonar Bot, hence making it a 8 type mini bot deck. If you do not have sufficient Metal Parts to purchase, you can always replay previous stage to earn Metal Parts.

Build 11 Fusor Bots while protecting it with Mini Mine and Spider Web from any early enemy invasion. Next, build a Sonar Bot to reveal approaching underground enemy units, and followed by Divers securing the top water lanes. Before the Machines first strike team appears, build Warrior Bot with 1 tile vacant for mini mine, and support it with Boomerang and Gunners. Replace Fusor with Gunner one at a time while the excess energy is channeled to build a larger diver team.

Episode 1: Glacier Land Level 1 Guide

Mini Robot Wars Episode 1 Stage 4-1 brings you to the surface of a cold area known as Glacier Land. You will be defending on snow tiles against The Machines that invades via water and air. Apart from that, this map is excellent for farming metal parts! I purchased a Mini Magnet Card and Factory Bot Card from Laboratory, all together cost 1500 metal parts. By now, you would have 8 card slots. Have 5 slots reserved for Factory Bot, Magnet Bot, Fusor Bot, Missiler Bot, and Floater. These are the only minimal bots you need to complete the game while farming metals! You can easily earn 600 metal parts + 100 metal parts for repeating the stage.

Build 7 Fusor Bots and defend it with a Missiler Bot that is unlocked in Stage 3-10. This area has lack of firm tiles, therefore Floater is required to make use of vacant spaces in air. Next build additional 3 more Fusor Bots and an additional Missiler. Next build Magnet and Factory. With 10 Fusor Bots, it will be hassle to pick up many gems, therefore have 2 Magnet Bots to aid you. The Magnet Bots is recommended to place 4 tiles away from each other to avoid them picking up the same item. 6 Factories is sufficient to gain 600 metal parts. You can build more Factory depending on how fast you collect your energy gems.

You could build 1 Snow Baller to aid 6 Missiler against Machines Boat. Missiler are great because their missile has homing ability, allowing it to attack an enemy at any lane. Snow Baller is only able to attack those whose within its Snow Ball path. Have at least 6 Missiler to combat the Machines air units.

Episode 1: Glacier Land Level 3 Guide

Mini Robot Wars Episode 1 Stage 4-3 introduces a new enemy similar to Speeder Sub, it is known as Hyper Jet. It’s a fast air unit that can change lane whenever being attack.

Before I begin, I purchased Energy Booster +40 Upgrade (2500 Metal) and Recycler Bot (350 Metal). With Initial Energy increased to 40, it helps speeds up the process of amassing Fusor Bots in Glacier Land since there is lack of firm ground and using Floater cost some energy. Recycler Bot is a one time use bot, enabling you to recycle enemy for Metal parts. Great against early invasion of Jetpacker, Air Scout or high health enemies such as Gunboat. Recycler can’t be used against boss nor big objects such as Transporter or Killer Whale.

Here I implement a different strategy and its main objective is to farm as much metal safely! To build many Factories early, I decided to cut down on the cost of building many defensive bots (example: Missiler) while protecting my assets just by using Storm Bot and Recycler. 2 Missiler Bot will sufficient just to take down any incoming enemy missiles.

Build 7 Fusor Bots and get rid of enemy invasion using Recycler. Protect Fusor Bot with a Missiler. Next build more Fusor Bots, totaling 12 Fusor Bots. With this much energy being produced, it allows you to build Factory on Floater while protecting enemy invasion with one time usage bot such as Storm and Recycler. You will need just 2 Missiler Bots just to destroy enemy incoming missiles from Hyper Jet or Gunboat. It is optional to build 2 Snow Ballers to get rid of enemy Gunboats quickly. Station Storm Bot immediately when enemies is about to invade in large scale. 2 Missiler Bot can’t fight against large air fleet without Storm Bot aid.

The Machines: Gunboat, Jetpacker, Air Scout, Napalm Airship, Hyper Jet.
Mini Robots: Fusor, Magnet, Factory, Missiler, Floater, Snow Baller, Recycler, Storm.
Unlock: Mariner Bot (Basically a Gunner on boat)

Episode 1: Glacier Land Level 4 Guide

Mini Robot Wars Episode 1 Stage 4-4 is same as previous stage but with early invasion to say the least and tiles are scarce. Before I begin, I purchased Advanced Fusion Upgrade to increase chance of producing higher grade energy diamonds.

Establish 5 Fusor Bots on ground and have a Missiler on Floater to defend. The Missiler will be sufficient to stop a Hyper Jet but with that shooting Missile, it will be pretty difficult. Remove Hyper Jet early invasion using Recycler Bot while Missiler will help destroy the mini missiles shot from these Hyper Jets. Next amass Fusor Bots till you have 12 of them. Engage the first Machines invasion using Storm Bot. Build 1 more Missiler for safety. Then start building Factories and Magnet and farm as much metal as possible!

The Machines: Gunboat, Jetpacker, Air Scout, Napalm Airship, Hyper Jet.
Mini Robots: Fusor, Magnet, Factory, Missiler, Floater, Snow Baller, Recycler, Storm.
Unlock: Mariner Bot (Basically a Gunner on boat)

Episode 1: Glacier Land Level 5 Guide

Mini Robot Wars Episode 1 Stage 4-5 is same as previous stage. Apply the same farming strategy. Here is my build checklist, 12 Fusor Bots, 2 Missiler Bots, 2 Magnet Bots, few Snow Ballers and as many Factory Bots! You could try Mariner Bot but it will brace yourself against Machine Marine Striker Laser Blast, unless you could take it down faster than it can charge its laser.

The Machines: Gunboat, Marine Striker, Jetpacker, Air Scout, Napalm Airship, Hyper Jet.
Mini Robots: Fusor, Magnet, Factory, Missiler, Floater, Snow Baller, Recycler, Storm.
Unlock: None (Compensate with 300 Metal)

Mission Stage 4-5: Wandering Skipper

Skipper is a Mariner Bot who is a sole survivor of an off-shore attack from both air and sea. He couldn’t shoot bullets, however, he can use his boat to smash enemies from above. Position Skipper using click-n-hold left mouse button. Destroy enemies by jumping on their head. To win, Skipper must survive!

The Machines: Gunboat, Marine Striker, Jetpacker, Air Scout, Napalm Airship.
Mini Robots: Skipper (a Mariner Bot)
Unlock: Fixer Bot (Repairs nearby damaged Mini Bots)

Episode 1: Glacier Land Level 6 Guide

Mini Robot Wars Episode 1 Stage 4-6 is getting a little difficult where Machines are invading in large scale through sea and air as well. Therefore, Factories are put on low priority in this particular and future stage. Amass 12 Fusor Bots while protect it with a Missiler Bot. Recycle any invading Gunboat. Have at least 3 Snow Baller to crush any approaching Marine Striker and Gunboats. Storm Bot will handle most of the enemy air fleet easily. Once the Snow Baller are in placed, start establishing Factories as usual with the aid of Magnet Bot.

The Machines: Gunboat, Marine Striker, Jetpacker, Air Scout, Napalm Airship, Hyper Jet.
Mini Robots: Fusor, Magnet, Factory, Missiler, Floater, Snow Baller, Recycler, Storm.
Unlock: None (Compensate with 300 Metal)

Episode 1: Glacier Land Level 7 Guide

Mini Robot Wars Episode 1 Stage 4-7 introduces a new enemy known as Ghost. It is an invisible Machine that hovers on land and sea. Use Sonar Bot to reveal its location so other Mini Bots such as Missiler can shoot it down. As usual, apply the same strategy as previous, only thing is replace Snow Baller with Sonar to reveal Ghost. Once defenses are secured, start building factories. In this stage, I raised the Fusor max count to 14, allowing me to build defenses and factory very quickly.

The Machines: Gunboat, Marine Striker, Jetpacker, Air Scout, Napalm Airship, Hyper Jet, Ghost.
Mini Robots: Fusor, Magnet, Factory, Missiler, Floater, Sonar, Recycler, Storm.
Unlock: Buoyer Bot (Provides an over-water platform for single ground unit)

Episode 1: Glacier Land Level 8 Guide

Mini Robot Wars Episode 1 Stage 4-8 will be implementing many Buoyer Bot which was unlocked in previous stage. It is similar to Floater, but works only on water surface. Its half the price of Floater, allowing you to quickly amass Fusor Bot compared to Floater. Since our energy diamond producers are now on water, Marine Striker will be your main sea threat.

Before I begin, I purchased an Expansion Slot Upgrade from Laboratory to allow me to equip a Buoyer Bot. Build 14 Fusor Bots both on Floater and Buyoer once the tiles are fully occupied. Protect it with a Missiler and Recycler Bot against early invasion. Place a Sonar close to the front garrison to detect any Ghost wandering forward. Next, filled up the vacant air space with Factory and Missiler. More Missiler in on defense, the safer the water area becomes.

Completing this stage unlocks Advance Production, an upgrade that can be purchased from Laboratory. It raised the probability of Factories to produce higher grade metal. It is similar to Advance Fusion that allows Fusor Bot to produce higher grade energy diamonds.

The Machines: Gunboat, Marine Striker, Jetpacker, Air Scout, Napalm Airship, Hyper Jet, Ghost.
Mini Robots: Fusor, Magnet, Factory, Missiler, Floater, Sonar, Recycler, Storm, Buoyer.
Unlock: Advance Production (Factory Upgrade found in Laboratory)

Episode 1: Glacier Land Level 9 Guide

Mini Robot Wars Episode 1 Stage 4-9 introduces a new enemy known as Reaper. It flies at a speed between a Jetpacker and Air Scout. It’s attack is capable of slashing multiple Mini Bots and freezing them as well, preventing Mini Bots from engaging it. Apply the farming strategy as usual, with 14 Fusor Bots pumping out energy diamonds. Utilize all vacant space with Factories and Missiler on Floater and Buyoer.

Completing this game unlocks D.Shotgunner. I do not know what does the D prefix means, perhaps its dual shot gun? But this Mini Bot fires 3 fireballs from its shotgun, each dealing medium damage. Just having 3 of them in the battle field easily destroys powerful enemies, if they are within the bullet path.

The Machines: Gunboat, Marine Striker, Jetpacker, Air Scout, Napalm Airship, Hyper Jet, Ghost, Reaper.
Mini Robots: Fusor, Magnet, Factory, Missiler, Floater, Sonar, Recycler, Storm, Buoyer.
Unlock: D.Shotgunner (Shoots 3 bullets scattered)

Green Fields Walkthrough

First, establish 4 columns of Fusor Bots (mix Fusor with Papa Fusor). Station a Fixer Bot on the top second row while Fusor Bot will reside on the higher lane. The Fixer Bot will be able to fix the damaged Fusor Bots when the rain occurs.

Destroy early invasion Machines using Mini Bomb or Mini Mine. Mini Mine is preferred since its cheap and recharge fast. Once the rain has occurred twice, quickly set up your primary defenses against the large incoming Machines by using Blocker and Boomerang.

When the primary enemy invasion starts, activate Storm Bot in front of Blocker Bot. Blocker can’t attack but they can hold enemy in their spot while withstanding their attacks. Support each Blocker with Boomerang behind them. Have a Fixer Bot to fix Blocker so they last longer.

Tips and Tricks
1) Don’t place Floater while its raining, it will be destroyed instantly!
2) Have 3 tiles from the left vacant to avoid getting hit by enemies when they arrive.

Mini Robot Wars Episode 3 Stage 2 Walkthrough Guide for The Last Stand Waste Sands. The hazardous event in Waste Sands are frequent earthquakes. Any Mini Bots that are built on land will be subjected to constant damage from earthquakes!

To avoid absorbing earthquake damage, build your Mini Bots on Floaters or have a repair Bot to fix Mini Bots that are on land. Do remember that Repair Bots can’t fix themselves, so have a pair up Repair Bots or built the Repair Bots on Floater.

For all stages in Episode 3 Waste Sands, you can just use Missiler Bot and Cannon for defense.
