Your hotel unlocks an additional room to cater more guest. Purchase a Big Cart (carries 5 items) to handle 5 guests at one go. Also, purchase Elevator Upgrade to speed up delivering goods to different floors. Faster Service means extra cash to achieve Expert Goal.

You will need to take care of guest happiness. The more happy they are, the better tips you will be earning. Grab Freezatron to produce ice faster in case businesswoman guests gets angry. They pay well but very picky at the service time. A Lobby Carpet will be great to stack up new arriving guest to allow all of them to check-in on the same time. Upgrades purchased are Big Cart, Lobby Carpet, Elevator Upgrade and Freezatron.
