1 Ice Tower – To destroy Lead Bloon
9 Ninja Monkey – Destroy all Bloons
1 Meerkat Spy – Place nearby Ice Tower to allow it to hit Camo Bloon
1 Sniper Monkey – To kill any escaping Bloon.

BTD 5 Strategy Guide:
Start by building 1 Ice Tower (2/0) near the entrance and 1 Ninja Monkey (4/0). Once you have sufficient cash, upgrade the first Ninja Monkey (4/2). Star amassing more Ninja Monkey (4/2) when you have sufficient cash. Add 1 Sniper Monkey (2/2) to help kill any escaping Bloons. Once you have around 7 or more Ninja Monkey, upgrade Ice Tower (2/3).
